This is my second time at the establishment. The 1st time I went the lady was really nice. The second time was a total mess. The older gentleman was very rude a argumentative. I asked for extra soy sauce and u would have thought I said I wasn't paying (OMG) .. Then I gave him my card and my total was 30.74 This man continued to fuss in his language and CHARGED MY CARD 330.74 YES 330.74. So he hands me the receipt and said "SIGN". I looked and said " I'm not signing that". So his his attitude really came out. I was like you so busy fussing about Soy sauce now look at this mess...He apologized then over and over... I'm stuck with a charge until it reverse. I still paid again for the food charge of 30.74...That's such a big difference. Safe to say The food itself was delicious but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE OLDER GENTLEMAN IS HORRIBLE HE DEFINITELY NEEDS...

Customer Service - Could be better. Came in and the usual guy is back there in the afternoon. Didn't say welcome or anything to me. Just kept on doing his stuff behind the counter. Eventually told him I ordered online and he just looked at me, kept doing some stuff then went and got my food. Told him thank you and his response was "yup". This is what will probably keep me from visiting here very often. Especially since the replies from the owner seems to be the same generic response each time.
Food - the food was alright. Wasn't bad but wasn't the best I've had either. The portion size was good.

They have a extremely unprofessional female working for them to say the least. She gets orders wrong after you have repeatedly given her the exacts of your order and requested that she reads it back to you. The food is usually good if you can get what you actually ordered. That being said good food and good service are essential to me so if I don’t get both then I rate on the all around experience because they need to hire someone with better etiquette, professionalism and intelligence (just to take simple orderS) I am rating them a one star and me nor my family will be returning until we see she has been replaced.
