Marshalls — Attraction in Solana Beach

I am a long time customer. Never had any problems or complaints. Last night I brought in a pair of jeans that I had just purchased a week ago that just didn't fit. I highlight the item on the receipt to make it easier for the cashier. I needed some jeans ect. But when I was done with my shopping and went to No5 cashier, It became a bad dream. I pulled out the jeans i was returning along with the receipt telling her to apply the credit to the items I was purchasing. She looked at the jeans and said they were not from that store. Then she pointed out a small stain on the back left pocket. I told her I had been coming to this store for over 10 years, why would i bring back something bought from another store when i can't DRIVE THAT FAR! And those jeans were 16.95 and I had over 100.00 if merchandise in my cart!! And btw I was going to purchase the two swivel chairs you had in back, but that employees attitude and rudeness made me change my mind. I went to this Marshall’s on 2/6/2024. When I came to cashier, she told me that pants that I am buying are not coming with belt. I told her that this is how I found this pants. So she told very loud that it’s impossible and took belt out of the pants. She fave me receipt and looked at me like I am bad person. So, I pulled my items on the side and told them that I am going to find this pants right now in the shop and show them. Manager didn’t believe me as well. They didn’t even go to find this pants and just blame me in something that I didn’t do.
