This company is absolutely terrible. I made an appointment with them for a service required when I was supposed to move out of a rental I had. I made the arrangements and was excited they were able to complete the day I needed and they gave me a quote, like the one advertised on their website.

I was told the day of service that I would receive a 30 minute call ahead. I never did. I called the last half hour of my promised service window and they had forgotten about me and then said "Oh Yea, I remember now" and sent a guy within 20 minutes. This was also after their advertised phone number not working, me calling a technician directly and then someone calling me back from an out of state area code. I purposely asked ahead of time for acceptable means of payment but when the technician showed up, everything he said was contrary to what the man on the phone told me. Then the guy looked at my place and quoted a price that was 4x what I was told on the phone because I needed a special service (although my carpet looked decent and just worn). I would never call them again or recommend anyone...

This company, Ronald and Alex are LIARS. I had an awful experience with them. I engaged the to steam clean a $7000 Cassina sofa and they ruined the entire sofa. Made an enormous stain that covered a third of the sofa. They came back a week later, admitted they ruined it and offered to refund my $100. I declined as the re-upholstery cost was $2500 and they said they would send a completely different company to fix it which they never did. I patiently waited for over a month after they kept insisting they would make things right. All BS. Finally Ronald said he would come try and fix it again but he would have to CHARGE me another $100. What a joke. Another thing they will stop answering your phone calls and you have to call from a different number to get them to pick up. Just a terrible company with no integrity whatsoever. I can't believe I actually gave that scumbag Alex an extra big tip for Christmas after he told me the stain would dry up and disappear. Hire at...

i was impressed by the number of 5 star ratings they had. Surely, nobody is that good. But they are. Within a few hours of submitting a request for a quote, I got a call to schedule. The two guys who came to my home, called when they were in route, were on time, started promptly, and were finished before I knew it. The areas they cleaned look and smell amazing! I will be scheduling my next cleaning for the rest of the house for sure! I highly recommend Steam Magic...
