Stylz Salon — Local services in Soledad

I DMd this salon to set up an appointment. Mind you their Instagram bio says to DM or call them to book so you would think they’d regularly check their account if they’re going to be advertising that. They gave me two options which i decided to opt for the 10am consult for Friday. I showed up ten minutes prior and nobody was at the salon. Which is fine because they open exactly at 10am so i didn’t mind waiting cause i was early. But 10am hits and nobody shows up i stayed there a good amount of time after 10am and absolutely nobody showed up. Nor did they DM to let me know they weren’t going to show up or ask to reschedule or anything. Extremely unprofessional. I don’t understand how a salon could be so unprofessional...
