During my 1st appointment, I thought I'd struck gold. The Physician's assistant, Kelly, who I saw was phenomenal. From there, it's been all downhill. I was sent for an ultrasound and apparently South Jersey radiology didn't put something in the report that they wanted to see, but nobody will call South Jersey to have them look at the ultrasound and provide the information. Instead they want me to come into their office and have another ultrasound on for the same exact thing. You know billing. It's all about money. The other thing I'm considered an essential worker and I can't get many days off and those I do get I have to take other people's weekends and order to get a day off. Surprise surprise, they called a cancel my appointment, because due to covid, they're under staffed on the day of my appointment. Yeah the other thing is they won't do 2 things the same, Like do a urine flow and then speak to you about the results. There REASON (Excuse) is the insurance company doesn't like them doing more than one thing during a visit. I know my insurance and how it works. The truth is they can't receive as much compensation from the insurance company and the extra copay as they can by forcing the patient to come back multiple times. So, i guess I'll never know where my kidney or prostate stand. I'm done with it! I'm getting so Sick of scheduling issues, covid hour, and doctors finding ways to milk more money out of me and the insurance company. Anymore, it's not about the patient, it's about the pocket of...
Read moreI walked in and immediately witnessed a staff member arguing with an older lady. The older lady was there with her husband who was using a walker. I overheard them saying they were only 15 minutes late and drove 2 hours to be there. I felt the staff member was snarky and took unnecessary digs at the older woman. As the older lady is exiting she quipped "Next time be here on time." Bad vibes. Of the 2 staff members present , I was not greeted by either. I look around and made my way to a check in tablet. There is no divider between tablets like I've seen in other medical offices. You're entering in personal data out in the open. I begin the check in process and you have to relinquish more rights than I've ever seen in any other facility. I'm reluctantly agreeing to some of the terms because I need the care. Until I get to a screen asking for permission to robo call and robo text you via a 3rd party. This wasn't the worst term I had to agree to but it was the final straw. Anyways, Item 4 on this page says I don't have to agree to this to receive service. So I declined. Melissa came over and told me if I don't agree, my appointment would be cancelled. I pointed out item 4 and she said she would speak to billing. She returned with nothing changed and cancelled my appointment. Very well. So, I never made it out of the check in process. Maybe I caught them on a bad day because I see lots of positive reviews . That or maybe the...
Read moreDr. Lambert left 9 mm of a kidney stone behind, causing my daughter to be hospitalized for a week with moderate hydronephrosis and high risk of sepsis. Lambert lied in my daughter's chart and said only dust was left behind, when she left most of the stone behind and sent my daughter on her way. Dr. Lambert SHOULD NOT be doing surgery. There is a reason people only refer to her as "book smart". Steer clear of Dr. Lambert. The office will deny this review, as they denied the last one I posted.
UPDATE: Not sure how you disagree when Dr. Lambert DID, in fact, leave 9 mm of a kidney stone behind causing moderate hydronephrosis and my daughter to be hospitalized for a week. Then Dr. Lambert DID lie in my daughter's chart and stated only dust was left behind, when a future ultrasound showed the stone and the moderate hydronephrosis. Your one doctor, whose name I will leave out of this, is aware of ALL OF THIS! Please be honest and accept one of your surgeons made a HUGE mistake!!!! Google allows reviews so people know the truth about businesses. AND NOW THEY KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT DR LAMBERT!!
2nd UPDATE TO YOUR EDITED RESPONSE: There is nothing incorrect about this review!!! In fact the second time when she was told to go back in and remove the remaining 9MM of the stone, Dr Lambert had to be babysat by a surgical crew to make sure she removed everything. Your office can deny this all you want, but the public now...
