Treasure Chest Flowers — Attraction in Somerset

My dad gets me flowers every year for Valentine’s Day unfortunately he spent way too much on such a let down of a bouquet. In 2018 he purchased me flowers from this florist and they were never delivered on Valentine’s Day. They delivered them the next day and thankfully refunded his money. My dad thought he would give this florist another chance this year after ordering from another florist last year (which were beautiful!). I received my flowers today and sent a picture to my dad confused if they were from him or not, considering the card read “ Happy Valentine’s Day, Love”. My dad informed me those were in fact from him he had ordered in advanced and told them to put “Happy Valentine’s Day, love Dad”. I sent him a photo of the flowers delivered and he was in shock and disappointed considering it was literally thrown together sloppily with nothing but half of the large vase filled with greenery and the bow hanging off of the side. I am not the only one who has had a bad experience from this florist, the ladies I work with as well have had problems. I understand Valentine’s Day is the busiest most chaotic time for a florist but if you plan to serve the community and charge as much as you do for your work, you better hold your end of the deal up and do it...

Requested a sympathy arrangement and they didn't deliver at all what I requested. I called to ask about it and they told me they were out of the flowers I had asked for. Thanks for letting me know. I expressed my frustration and they offered a partial refund. For whatever reason, they couldn't just refund my card, but said they'd mail me a check. I gave them my information and, here it is, two months later, and I still haven't gotten anything in the mail from them. Go to any other florist. Even if this place manages to stumble into doing what they say they will, their flowers are overpriced compared to what you can get elsewhere, and their selection is worse. I'll never do business...
