If I could give a negative star I would! I highly recommend not going it will ruin your night and most likely give you food poisoning.

First we called and told them we would have a lot of people coming.

We first ate food it took an hour to get a hot and fries and a hamburger. First the hot dog came out of the freezer and in the microwave and then on the grill. The bun was frozen and put on the grill and then burnt. The hamburger over cooked and pathetic. The cheese sticks were burnt and horrific to taste and look at!

Then comes the bowling I organize every one and told them how many people and the lanes! One of our lanes didn’t work so then we were move to 4 different lanes. We came up in the 6 frame and were just done and didn’t want to switch lanes again. When we went up to complain he said you have to pay for the frames we bowled. After asking to talk to the manager he said it’s the system and there isn’t anything he can do! HELLO YOU CAN COMP ME FOR THE GAME AND SHOES!!!!!!! ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Most of their stuff doesn't work. It's completely overpriced. We took our family in and got two lanes, paid for a game on each lane. One lane there were 3 kids and the other lane 5 adults. The adult lane we got to the 8th round, then our game was shut off. We were told because we said there would be 4 people per lane (discussion between the husband and I, not them) and that they were shutting off for this reason. When I went to resolve this after hearing this "reasoning" as It's completely ridiculous when we paid for a full game and the amount of people per lane does not dictate the fact we paid for a full game per lane. They had poofed somewhere and wouldn't come to the counter. I'm pretty lenient with things cause stuff happens but we spent well over $100 there and shouldn't have this outcome. This place is terrible. Let’s start. It’s dark, most likely to hide how dirty and run down the place is. The music is so loud you have to scream if you want anyone to hear you. The customer service was non-existent. The 2 young men working the desk moved like snails each time they had to go retrieve our ball because the belt failed to return it. The ball was stuck nearly every time. When we got home my brand new bowling ball had huge scratches and gouges all over it. (See photos). We contacted management and were told the establishment was for entertainment only? (Not really sure what that meant). Also and this is a quote, “We are not responsible for damaged bowling balls. We suggest that you use one of our balls to bowl and not your own. There is a sign up front that tells you that.” Beware if you go there. DO NOT use your own ball if you want to ever...
