I had a horrible experience here for the first time and to make the situation worst the manager, Heather, was the one who made the situation worst. I ordered 2 medium cheesesteak subs with no pizza sauce 2 fries, 2 drinks and a cookie. When I noticed ham in the sub I took the subs to the register and asked what type of sub was that? I was informed it was a pizza sub. I explained to the guy I did not order a pizza sub I ordered a cheesesteak with no pizza sauce. I asked the guy if they could please change it to a cheesesteak and he informed me I had to wait for the manager. This woman approaches the register and says she heard me ordering a pizza sub with no pizza sauce. This lady was making the orders and did not take my order but she says she heard me saying pizza sub with no pizza sauce. Not sure why she decided to argue but this shows her lack of customer service. When I noticed she was bothered by what I was asking I politely asked for my money back. My order was $32.68 this manager wanted to refund me $25.61 when I asked her why she said because I was keeping the drinks and a cookie. Mind you the drinks and cookie were at the table. So I walked to the table and gave them to her. Then she refunded me the $7.07. I am not one to complaint but she really upset me. I will gladly take my...

Well I had been given a free 6 inch sub card with the purchase of any other sandwich that size or larger. So we decide to eat at Penn Station, because it's awesome just expensive. I ordered a sandwich and my girlfriend also got a 6 inch sandwich, plus a medium frie. As I'm paying the long haired guy cook just throws a few fries in the deep fryer. We set down and first they bring my chicken Parmesan sandwich , then they bring my girlfriends sandwich with the fries in the basket together. It appears to be a small frie or even smaller, and they was half soggy with the other half burnt. I was a little frustrated, I understand we got a free sub but we still payed for the fries like $4! I made my girlfriend ask for a new order and I wouldn't have mind (would have even gave the ones they sent out back). So she did and the lady cashier was agreed to replace the order and tells the long haired guy cook that she needs another medium frie. He literally just nods his head and continues to set on his phone. Needless to say, we never received another order of fries and ended up throwing ours away!
Very disappointed in this Penn Station and will not be...
Read moreI have been to PS locations from Sidney, OH down thru TN, easily 20 different cities and stores. This was my 1st experience at this store. This location was ok, but not up to PS expectations by any stretch. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki yes to Onions and Mushrooms. (Same sandwich I get every time) They chicken was chewy and without flavor. The Onion to Mushroom ratio was about 95/5 and the onions were nearly raw at that. I feel like they were trying to save money by using sub par chicken, but then the raw onions lead me to believe they just don't know what PS is meant to taste like (heaven). If ever given the chance please visit the Troy, Ohio location. They are by far the best in my opinion. I've visited many many times and they are consistently excellent. Maybe they can come train Somerset on the correct way to serve this brand? I'm just being honest with feed back. The store WAS clean and staff was friendly that says a lot!! However, the quality was...
