I recently had friends say they went to the Studebaker Museum (which is on the houseā€™ property) and didnā€™t take the house tour. They didnā€™t think itā€™d be worth the time. Donā€™t make the same mistake they did. This is an outstanding house tour. I love architecture and touring old homes when I can. The Oliver family gave their well maintained, unmodernized home, along with all of its antique contents, to the historical society. Itā€™s a must see if youā€™re an architectural fan like me.

The staff are always friendly, and volunteers give their time to share their love of local history with the patrons. I attend the Christmas events each season to see the amazing decorations. They offer guided tours, and it is a must-see if you are visiting the area!
