This has been my first and last experience with Rally House. It has taken a month and a half to get an item returned.
It started with an order where the security tags were still on my products when I got them. I tried reaching customer support and it said to send an email it would be faster. I sent an email with my receipt attached to the email. Explained what happened and sent the email. Four days later I got a we are sorry and can you please send a picture of the security tags.
I sent the email and four days later I get an email saying can you confirm the email address and home address for shipping. On the email account I was sending this info from.
I confirmed the info and got an email four days later that the would send me a shipping label. Two weeks went by and no shipping label.
Then when everything was done and I got the shipping label for the two shirts...I got one back. Now I have to wait again for the second shirt.
This was completely preventable. Quality control should make sure tags are off. When you call customer service it asks if security tags were still on the items. It's that big of a problem. How can a company stay in business with these kinds of mistakes over and over? What a mess.
There are other places to get these kinds of products. I would recommend finding another other...
