Starbucks — Restaurant in South Bend

Recently visited this location and I have to say I’m very disappointed. I didn’t have any issues with the product just the whole attitude with the manager towards her staff. Jaime is verbally abusive towards her staff and inconsiderate of certain needs to say the least.

Customer service in the food and beverage industry shouldn’t be demanding as we as consumers are already demanding. Pushing your staff to emotional breakdowns is very concerning and as a supervisor I would think that a manager would have more respect for the employees that...

I had to come by for my once a month treat, glad I chose Starbucks totally worth the price.

Well crafted, extremely pleasant presentation, flavor of the charts that comes with the excellent customer service friendly smiles and go gettem attitude.

This stores on point, it’s unfortunate the business is slow here many potential customers are missing out on some great products and service.

I would recommend the caramel crunch frappe which I uploaded photos of come give it a shot you will be crawling...

I wish I could give this location zero stars. I had a mobile order, and still had to wait 20 minutes. The staff was telling people a 40 MINUTE WAIT ON DRINKS AND THEY HAD 6 PEOPLE WORKING. When I could finally taste what I had ordered, they didn’t even make my drink properly. I ordered the apple crisp macchiato- I got a couple shots of espresso in milk.
