I am a returning customer to SCAA and previously to my last experience I greatly enjoyed the pottery classes. However, I recently signed up for a Pottery Boot Camp course and woke up the morning of with symptoms of Hand, Foot, and Mouth (which my toddler had come down with a few days prior from daycare). I immediately messaged and asked if I could get a credit for a future class because I had the symptoms and did not want to get everyone sick. I was told it was against their policy. Listen, I get policies so that people don’t abuse a system but this is an extenuating circumstance. They also told me don’t worry it might be offered again! Seriously?
