Bend Yoga Studio — Local services in South Kingstown

I have been coming here for over 3 years and RI Yoga Center is the best studio I have been to. All the teachers are excellent and the classes are made perfect for any ability. The classes have a laid back vibe with music where individuality is encouraged. Also, it’s not overwhelmingly hot like some of the other hot yoga studios tend to be. The atmosphere is always positive and there are thoughtful nice touches like complimentary clothes bags, toiletries, tea, and best of all cool lavender towels at the end of some of the classes. Customers are made to feel very comfortable and welcomed here and I feel very fortunate to have found this place...

On my visit to RI, I picked up the intro offer at this studio to stay in shape. As per usual, it was a mixed bag when it came to instructors. I did appreciate the passion for yoga philosophy from the guy who uses a 'Michael Jackson' type voice while teaching. It's hard to find anyone passionate about anything really, so that was a plus. My favorite teacher was a girl named Emily. She was pretty cute and had a 'too cool for school' indifference about her that resonated with me. I think she's great and has more potential that most people realize. I'm on my way now, not going to miss...

I’m not a big review person, but I had to write one for Bend Yoga! I experienced a running injury that took me out of the sport I love for a little over a month. Bend played such a massive role in supporting my injury recovery (body and mind)! It’s restored my love for yoga and allowed me to find peace during an otherwise overwhelming time. I am so grateful to have found this studio. The community of clients and instructors is worth the drive from Providence!...
