CENTRO CULTURAL IMAGO — Attraction in South Miami

Our family has been part of the IMAGO community since September 2023, and we couldn’t be happier. From day one, our kids have absolutely loved their time there and honestly, so have we. IMAGO is so much more than just an after-school program or class. It’s a place where creativity, culture, and connection come together in the most beautiful way.

The staff are incredibly warm, engaging, and passionate about what they do. The blend of art and Spanish language immersion has been the perfect combination for our children not only are they expressing themselves creatively, but they’re also developing real language skills and a deeper understanding of Hispanic culture.

What we appreciate most is how thoughtfully everything is designed. The environment feels safe and inspiring, the programming is rich and varied, and the kids come home excited to share what they’ve created and learned.

We celebrated our son's third birthday here with the help of Trina and her team. She helped organize age appropriate art activities, story time, and even a cookie decorating station for the kids. The space is beautiful and perfect for a small gathering. Trina knew how to engage the little ones and how to facilitate activities that would keep their attention and interest. It made for a wonderful birthday party that wasn't overstimulating for the kids (or their parents!). If you’re looking for an interactive place where your kids can explore art and other activities look no further than IMAGO! I started going there over the summer during their summer camp and was very happy with the activities my child participated in - it wasn’t just basic coloring, he got to explore paint, colorful experiments, cooking, sculpting and more!

I also LOVE that they offer day camps on days when school is not in session - knowing my kids have a safe place to go to and explore new things is awesome!
