Red Bird Shopping Center — Local services in Coral Gables

This is not going to be a good review. I had an appointment at Quest Diagnostics. Made an appt & they scheduled me at a different location that has been " closed" for 4 years. I was fasting & it was already passed noon. After paying for parking. & going to the office only to find out it no longer exhisted. No text, no email, no nothing. 15 min on the phone only to tell me to go to Red Road Plaza. 30 min later I found this hidden entranceway with a flight of steep stairs to the 2nd floor. I use a cane. No handicapped access. So wrong on so many levels. I was then considered a walk in patient, even though I has an appt and had to wait an additional hour fasting. I was the last one seen and the hell continued. After the blood work was taken, the lady said they ran out of urine testing cups. What? This is your business- blood & urine- and you ran out? She also said she had no idea when they would be getting some, but I could come back. Please. Also her English was poor and I had a difficult time understanding her. But that was the least of this facility's problems. Do not recommend, especially if you cannot climb stairs. I still hadn't eaten or drank until way...

I'm so happy because the previous franchise stores all closed in the Gables & Sunset Place areas a few years ago. I had my favorite crepe the Opulence and of course it was delish 😀😀They have soups and salads and all of the original entree & dessert crepes & some new ones, as well as gluten free crepes. A good neighborhood strip mall with a Milam's and Walgreens as well as Blue Sky and Gilbert's bakery. Most of the time there's adequate parking but sometimes at Peak demand, especially during lunch, you get to drive around in a circle. One of the best parts of the mall is a fantastic Japanese restaurant Matsuri.
