NEGATIVE FEEDBACK Hey I was there I was other day and I know i got a free gram from you guys but it was wrong to give a customer an open sealed product but the worst of it one of ur staff is smoking product cuz I know the clear No return policy which on my behalf Is different case cuz it wasn't on me if I were you I would check ur camera or ask ur staff I've been loyal customer for awhile im not trying to come at u the wrong way but I work at retail grocery and you don't think it would be fair if one of our staff ate a product and sold it to a customer I just looking out for ur company and look at it as positive feed back I don't want us to be on bad tern I love your dispensary and it very convenient but please avoid this from happening again...

First let me start of with a congratulations on being the number one dispensary in South Orange NJ! Even being a small dispensary knocking off Apothecarium in Maplewood for how long you guys been around for is very very impressive! but now to my review

I gave it a 5 stars but I was generous because you staff is very amazing and very helpful and I love the choices and that you guys are actually home of South Orange's 40 Dollar Eighths and your choices in Flower and Edible Carts and Pre rolls choices are definitely TOP CHOICE! But the only one thing Id truly change is the staff has to have alot more knowledge and has to have to smokers experience there was one gentleman that had no idea and told me he doesn't even smoke which is kinda a disappointment because people who smoke communication better but I know all the staff and I'm not from around here but I definitely made a good choice coming to The Village Of South Orange to run into a WONDERFUL PLACE LIKE CANNABOY DISPENSARY!!! A+ 5 STAR MAKE...

I only visited this business once and the owner or representative left a rather sour taste in my mouth.

When coming into the establishment I explained I was looking for THC products and the rep kept saying: "We dont have weed at the moment," definitely appears that this establishment marginalizes certain customers. I will NOT be returning NOR would I recommend to others that prefer to be treated unassumingly and respectfully.

UPDATE: Please see passive aggressive reply from owner below with empty apology. These undertones within a role of leadership should not be detected. Clearly, Linsey & staff under her "leadership" need additional training on the ability to possess NEUTRAL leadership skills/communication. No wonder your business is always empty! ...
