The chocolate and employees are great here. But I've come here 3 or 4 times, and each time the wait is so long. However this time was unacceptable. Due to COVID, they only are doing online orders to then pick up. I ordered some chocolate, and several hours later, they emailed to come pick it up. Instructions in the email say to call their # and they'll drop the chocolate on a table somewhere. I arrived, and there must have been 100+ people waiting. I didn't see any employees guiding anyone anywhere. There was a line and there was also a crowd near the entrance to the store. I didn't see any instructions or signs. I called the phone # as instructed, and it was busy. I headed to the back of the line as someone said you wait in line and then get a number to then wait in the crowd. Ok... I called several more times over 10 minutes or so, phone's busy. Line's not moving. Half of the people are socially distancing, half are NOT, including the people behind me. I had to leave. Not worth the risk. I don't mind waiting, but I had already waited 3+ hours until the "pick up" email arrived, then 100+ people are still in line, not socially distancing....

When we got there, there was a long line of people on one side and another group of people waiting around the door. It was not possible to call in at all. Finally, a member of the staff told us to check in by waiting in line. The other group of people by the door had already checked in and were waiting for their order to be placed on the table. What then is the point of ordering online? The whole ordeal was so chaotic. There was barely any social distancing, everyone was crossing in front of you and at the back of you. They tried to put markings that were six feet apart for the line but the line was so long that it wrapped the entire walkway and back. We saw a member of the staff telling some customers to stand back and not get near the door yet she came in contact with other customers picking up their order. Read moreWent in with only 2 customers in store . Worker there Natalie kept coming around and rushing me to make a selection and when I asked questions if they had a certain item she said no. Only for the item to be found at register. She was very rude and bossy. A couple was coming in and she yelled across the store they could not come in yet. This upset them as well. The lady that rang me up was so embarassed she apologized sobmany times . I have tried to call store to share this but the number listed just rings like on Fax. Sees should be a happy place like Disney or Starbucks we all are happy to get the treat and NOT treated with disrespect or rushed when just asking...
