This gym is interesting. It has alot of good things that they offer but in addition to that, there are somethings that you kind of wonder if its worth the price. So to begin with, the space that this gym is on is huge. They have a huge body building section as well as a moderate weight lifting section. On the weightlifting section their platforms are amazing and to couple with pretty awesome bumper plates.
In addition to that, they have an amazing bathroom and the coffee bar section is pretty awesome especially for someone like me who likes working out in the wee hours of the morning.
Like i said before, the space is big and when am there i feel safe especially during this covid pandemic period. People there tend to actually mask up and they seem to respect the rules of the gym.
However, there are some things that i think this gym needs to improve on. For one they only have 2 squat racks and one of them is not even a full squat rack. The actual squat rack is one of those with pull up bars on them and it kind of common to see members actually not doing squats, rather using the pull up bar for a wod type workout. This means that if you need to do squats, you largely need to wait for them to be done which can be a time suck. In addition to that, the squat rack sees alot of traffic. Seems like there is always someone trying to squat or squatting including the personal trainers.
The other issue i find with the gym is that they have a very similar vibe to the local 24 hr fitness but almost charging the rates of a crossfit box. Last year, i believe it was about $80 but at the beginning of the year it was bound to be hiked to $105. Gyms around this place tend to charge atmost $65. Dont get me wrong they have quite a bit of equipment but not $105 worth a month. If they invested a lot more on the weightlifting section added a few more items i.e additional squat racks, risers, weightlifting blocks etc, i absolutely would be willing to pay the money and even a bit more. I just find it very similar to a 24 hr fitness/ golds gym to justify the price.
Honestly its a good gym for people who are just starting out or trying to transition say from body building to powerlifting. But its not a great gym for people who for instance have specialized in powerlifting and need...

I received a call that not only assured me the matter was being addressed but also reminded me just how much Iām valued as a customer. Iām beyond impressed with the speed, care, and sincerity shown. Jack went above and beyond his customer service is on another level, and the trainers at this location are just as outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly set this place apart.
Yes, there was one rude and unacceptable moment but let me be clear: that incident does not define my experience here. What defines it is how this team shows up, owns the issue, and makes it right with grace and urgency. Iām more confident than ever in this location, and Iām proud to continue training here. Kudos
Original Review: Today, I spoke with the front desk staff member, Elijah M, as I was trying to identify the name of a female staff member who was working the morning shift on 5/9/25. I wanted to address an issue regarding an incorrect cancellation email I received, stating I had canceled a booking when I had, in fact, attended. I had even called ahead to confirm my attendance and was told I would be charged if I didnāt show up.
When I asked for the staff memberās name to report the incident to management, Elijah M was hesitant to provide the information and asked me to describe the person instead. She stated that only the trainer could have processed the cancellation, which was not accurate in this case. During our conversation, she made an inappropriate accusation by calling me a racist, which was both offensive and unprofessional.
When I asked for her name, she identified herself as Elijah M and then suddenly recalled that the morning front desk staff memberās name is Leah.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this location to my peers, as I have done in the past. While the trainers and managers here are excellent, the front desk staff has been consistently unpleasant and, in this case, crossed a line that makes it difficult to continue supporting this...
Ā Ā Ā Read more*edit: did not expect them to reach out let alone do it so quickly but they did and also gave a full refund. It was a miscommunication but to take fault and apologize showed that management definitely cares about the individual experience and also gave me full run down on how they do the screen golf. They also have better clubs for rentals for the unknowing person that wanted to try screen golf but came unprepared.
I bought a day pass and in general the gym was nice with great facilities. However, towards the end of the workout, my experience turned really bad because of the miscommunication I had with the front worker. I noticed they had screen golf and having never tried screen golf, I went to the front to ask about it. The worker told me I had to reserve a time so I went ahead and reserved it but he never mentioned that it would cost extra and I do remember asking if I could use the screen golf as a day pass user and all he said was yes without telling me the added cost. After the session, The worker told me he had forgotten to charge me and I was a little shocked because I was not told that it would cost extra and on top of that it would be an extra 50 dollars. I went ahead and paid for it because at the time I was with a friend and did not want to make a scene. However, I would have never paid 50 for a screen golf session with just nothing but their own run down golf clubs and cracked golf balls and to have the audacity to ask for payment after forgetting to tell me that there would be extra charge definitely made the whole experience...
