Since is not possible for me to respond directly to the poor answer I received from the “owner”, im going to edit my original review in response. Before replying to all your business bad reviews be sure to ask your poorly trained staff, check your cameras or business system. We did had a waiver completed for my one year old meaning he was allowed to be there I was just not going to pay for a glow night or however you call it and buy shirt and socks that did not fit just for him to be walking around not even jumping if thats the case create a space for toddlers not that big inflatable pool that you have as baby area that we had to pay $15 plus, we did had the season pass, a waiver, shirt and socks for my 9 yr old, that now reading all the recent reviews that your business still charge even the membership is cancelled im going to keep on eye and again CHECK the cameras the ball that my 9 year old was playing went behind the counter where the lockers are, not the kitchen. HAVE more friendly willing to work staff. Thank you for not addressing how horrible, poor management and staff you have and what the cafeteria boy did not wanting to give me the drinks that I paid for until he asked someone else to make sure, I also see here per the recent comments that is something normal with your staff and I guess with you, by replying without making sure of what you are saying. YES they are tons of other FAMILY for all ages oriented parks with better reviews, better staff and owner and management that want to keep their clientele happy so they can recommend and come back.
READ THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS ALL ARE BAD!. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE and Attitude by the teenager they have as manager a blonde “teenager” girl. If I could rate a 0 star I would not even give a 0. Very disrespectful and with an attitude as I was her friend or she knew me. Very disappointing I used to bring my 9 year old here very often and even celebrated his bday here at the party room on the first floor. I just bought a membership for the summer and cancelled it right away. First she told my son with her nasty attitude that he cannot be behind the counter, where he only went there to get a ball that he was playing and NOBODY was there to pass it back to him, if thats the case don't have basketballs or have more staff. Second my 1 year old was with my oldest at the trampoline supervised by me and she came and told me pointing with her fingers that I needed to buy a ticket, a shirt and socks for my 1 year old to walk around because he doesn’t even jump inside the trampoline area (they dont even have my baby size or no baby size). Customer service and management is so poor, disgusting and disrespectful that she preferred that I cancel the membership, instead of having a better attitude and giving us alternatives and last but not least for me to buy a soda and a icee i had to go where you sign the waiver and then come back to the cafeteria area and the guys that did not took my order didnt believe that i was the one that pay for the drinks and did not want to give it to me until he asked who took the order. The owner should hire adults! or mature staff. HORRRRRRRIBLLEEE! would never go back would NOT recommend NOT...
Read moreComplete waste of money and time. This sky zone is TERRIBLE. stay away ! The sky zone in Hamilton I do recommend because they are organized and actually have zones separated by kids ages as they should be. Skyzone in Hamilton has a toddler section as well which makes sense because they shouldn’t be jumping next to teenagers. It does say on multiple signs that there’s designated jumping areas depending on age for this south Plainfield skyzone. NOPE !!! They explain it in a video and also have signs right by the open trampoline area. Nope. Toddlers and little kids are all mixed up Next to adults and teenagers. My youngest was too scared so I wanted to see if I could get a refund bc she wanted nothing to do with the craziness. Also my goddaughter who was with us who is older didn’t even want to jump on the trampolines either bc teenagers and bigger kids kept jumping on her trampoline and she was scared. Also they used to have a net here ( I went to a birthday party at this location before ) they had a net to separate the little ones. No net today ! My two daughters almost got really hurt here bc grown adults and teenagers are flipping and kids are going on to their trampolines and the staff isn’t watching. There were times that there wasnt even a staff member in the trampoline area ! Anyway talking to the manager she wouldn’t refund my ticket. She was extremely rude as well. She said that Hamilton skyzone is corporate and they would be able to give me a refund but not them. I asked for a district managers number and she said we don’t have those as I said this isn’t a corporate facility. Then I asked her if the foam area Is open since all they have at this facility is two dodgeball small areas , trampoline area, basketball area and the foam area. She said it is open. Went back to the foam area was closed. The manager then told me I can let my kids go in there but they’ll be at their risk bc their still fixing it. Ummmmm no thanks !!! I’m surprised they have this lady as a manager what she said was a bit ridiculous. They are way too comfortable here. They are so comfortable because you sign a waiver that they really don’t care about safety. While I was there I watched two families arguing face to face and staff trying to intervene. A dodgeball came spinning out of the dodgeball zone and hit an elderly lady in the head. Almost broke her glasses. Complete chaos this place is !! I’ve been to a few trampoline places before and I’m completely shocked at my experience. Ill stick to the Hamilton skyzone where they actually care about safety and where their staff is...
Read moreA Fraudulent and Unethical Company - Avoid at All Costs! I recently had a terrible experience with Skyzone Trampoline Park that has left me furious and out of pocket. What started as a simple one-time purchase of tickets for my kids to enjoy a fun day jumping around turned into a nightmare of unauthorized charges. Without my explicit consent or any clear notification, they converted my single purchase into a monthly subscription and proceeded to charge my credit card for two additional months. This kind of sneaky tactic feels like outright fraud, designed to trap unsuspecting parents into recurring payments they never agreed to. When I discovered the extra charges on my statement, I was shocked. There’s no way I would have signed up for a subscription – I only wanted a one-off visit! Skyzone’s practices seem deliberately opaque, burying subscription details in fine print or during the checkout process to catch people off guard. This isn’t just poor customer service; it’s unethical and predatory behavior that preys on families looking for innocent entertainment. Unfortunately, my experience isn’t unique. Numerous other customers have reported similar issues with unauthorized subscription charges and difficulties canceling. For instance, people have complained about being tricked into memberships they couldn’t cancel for months, leading to prolonged unauthorized deductions from their accounts. One reviewer even described a canceled 3-month membership morphing into over two years of unwanted bank withdrawals. Another was double-charged despite attempting to cancel after the first unauthorized fee. Skyzone markets itself as a family-friendly spot, but behind the bouncy facade is a company that prioritizes squeezing every dollar through deceptive means. If you’re considering taking your kids here, think twice – or better yet, stay away entirely. There are plenty of other trampoline parks and activities that don’t resort to these shady tactics. Save your money and your sanity; don’t give...
