We ordered 2 Bacon Cheese burgers and 1 large French Fries....(No drinks) walk in,ordered and left with our food. Sorry, no pictures were taken.
The price was $36.00 ( we could have gone to any diner of choice and likely paid less for a healthier meal)
On the drive home I left the bag open at the top so the heat didn't stay contained and the burgers or the fries wouldn't become soggy..
But, regardless; The burgers were sloppy wet. One burger was ordered with lettuce, tomato, pickles and jalapeños. The second burger was just lettuce and tomato
The fries were plentiful but they were extremely salty. Not just a little bit too much salt, but instead they were so salty they had to be thrown away.
The burgers were sloppy wet. I picked my burger up and it fell apart from the bread being soggy.
I go to Five Guy's but only once in a while because they're always a little bit too expensive for a couple of burgers and either one or two orders of fries. But this time I ordered the bare minimum and it was still a high price of $36.00.
And the fries to be salted to the point of being distasteful is just plain wrong.
This review is just my opinion about Five Guy's food.... The amount of salt they put in their fries is 100% totally unhealthy. Heart attack unhealthy! I get it, they are a fast food store.... But so is McDonald's and Burger King... but those establishments do not poison their customers with high sodium. And please do not just assume that this is an isolated incident. Because it's not. Five Guy's always makes their fries a bit too much on the soggy wet side with a heavy hand on the salt shaker.

Read moreWhile I have consistently enjoyed this location for years as it is the closest Five Guys, recently I have been disappointed on a few occassions. Today I came in and ordered a bacon hamburger with a myriad of toppings. Lady at the counter was friendly enough, she mixed up one topping for another on my receipt and after I showed her she assured me that she'd make sure it was correct. That was no problem, it happens. Fries are always good here and they don't put them down until an order is made, which is greatly appreciated, and the place is always clean.
However it's my mistake that I didn't look at the burger, because I never got the green peppers I asked for, nor did I receive the bacon I paid for! And I'm glad I got some sauces on the side because all I got was 1/3 that I explicitly asked for and is on my receipt. Which I didn't see until after I got back to work. Getting the wrong toppings or not getting what you asked for has been the norm since they opened back up for regular business it seems. Getting cheese when you didn't ask, (not a huge problem, but I didn't want it), getting mayo I didn't want, paying for a cheeseburger when I asked for a Hamburger, etc. So my advice? Check your stuff before leaving the building. I'm not going to be rude to the staff if this happens again of course but I will be looking because there's no reason for me to be waiting the same amount of time for a burger that's wrong when it...
Read moreI love when people complain “Five Guys is SO EXPENSIVE!” Really? Look, EVERYTHING is expensive, and besides, ever hear the expression “you get what you pay for?” There ya go. Everyone has their own personal tastes, and that’s fine, but for my money, no burger ANYWHERE (fast casual or otherwise) can touch Five Guys. End of story. Now this particular burger could have had the cheese a bit more melted, but that’s nitpicking, the damn thing was awesome. Fries (small) were fresh and more than enough. Service was a bit slow but it was a Sunday and the place was JAMMED. Gee, maybe it’s because the food is so good. YA THINK?🤣
UPDATE 19-Apr-2023: switched it up for a change and went with a hot dog, more specifically, TWO hot dogs on a single bun. Tasted great, though next time I will ask them to make sure the dog cooked well done, which is my preference. Unfortunately they charge for an entire extra hot dog, not like they do with burgers where you can just get an extra patty. Ah well, live and learn. Still demolished it and...
