First of all thank you for having one of the greatest skin care product brand! I love Clinique and always went to the mall just to buy my skin products. I live in South Plainfield and the mall is like a 15-20 minute drive so kinda wasted gas going over there. Anyways why waste your gas for that type of drive when you have an Ulta Beauty nearby never knew you guys existed and thank God my curiosity got the best of me because not only I found Clinique but the people that work here definitely know their stuff! Two ladies helped me I forgot their names 1 white and 1 black lady! Now that I think about it the white lady is Johanna. I just recently came back here again and Johanna helped me she was so helpful and attentive and made sure I was satisfied customer and that personally is part of a successful business! Both were very sweet actually everyone here is helpful and sweet! They will make you feel welcomed! But like I said you won't be disappointed with this place! This place also has their salon đąđąđąđą! If you come here you won't be disappointed! Whoever is reading I hope you have many blessings coming...

I recently stopped by for some items and the vibes were so strange it literally gave me ptsd from working cosmetic retail. The manager or shift leader was at the front of the store yelling asking various employees if they were client servicing⌠there was barely anyone in the store lol most of the customers were in line including me.. asking employees who were clocked out or in the middle of a task.
Just micro managing and as a customer I could feel the discomfort and hostility in the air. Also I will note I walked in and this same individual failed to welcome me into the store so it was interesting to me to see her micro managing 10 mins later.
Truly felt she was being disruptive and passive with the âARE YOU CLIENT SERVICING đâ / as a customer I was annoyed lol.
If youâre creating an unpleasant environment for your team; your team will then become frustrated and not feel enthusiastic about servicing the customers lol. Literally had to ask the young lady checking me out if she was ok.

   Read moreCame in at 5:30p on a Sunday, even though I knew they close at 6p on Sundayâs. I knew what I wanted though, and knew where to find it, so I walked in and made a beeline for the product I needed. Was immediately greeted with âWe close at 6.â When I went to grab the eyeshadow palette, I was again met by another employee who reminded me of their closing time. I was reminded another time on my way to the line. I forgot my wallet in my car and told my friend to hold my place so I could run and get it. I ran and grabbed it, came back, and the doors were locked. I checked the time, it was only 5:45. I kept tugging on the doors, and all the employees would turn and look at me, and turn away. I wasnât let in until another customer had left. When I walked in and headed towards my friend in line, I was stopped my an employee and said âWeâre closed. Thatâs why we didnât let you in.â Iâm going to take myself back to the online store or Sephora. Not going to be coming back here. A shame bc I was waiting for the grand...
