I was tired of the big-box stores not having stock (even though it was indicated on their web-site), and their general poor customer service and lack of knowledge of their products. I decided to give Samson Electrical Supply a try; I requested LED light panels from their web-site (well done), received an email quote with fair pricing and the manufacturers specification sheets the next day. I went to pick them up at Samson Electrical Counter Service and the panels were waiting for me, factory fresh and well packaged (not like the many damaged boxes I've seen in the big-box stores). Excellent customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly responsive to customer needs. Work maintenance at local hospital. Have been dealing with Samson for over 20 years. In a emergency situation there is nobody better. They have opened the store for me on a Sunday for needed parts to keep hospital running efficiently. Parts were hand delivered to me by Micheal Cohen. Not only did he drive there to the store to get parts and deliver to me. He left his family at a barbecue to do it for me. That kind of loyalty does not exist in the industry today.
