Starbucks — Restaurant in South Plainfield

I don’t leave bad reviews unless I really think the service was horrible. I came to the Starbucks in this location last week and I cannot believe the service that was presented. There was a young girl and a male working and they seemed to have issues with each other. While 3/4 other people were waiting for their drinks to be made these two workers were arguing and cussing each other out. The female kept on pressing his buttons asking him if he went to HR (I guess against her) and they started using the F word on one another. There was a kid in a stroller there and other people waiting for their orders while they were making everyone wait because they were too busy arguing and not caring that customers were there and listening to all of what was going on. Another Starbucks worker , a lady that looked older than the other two kept telling them to stop and to let it go and they didn’t seem to care. While she had walked away that’s when they start cursing each other out and the young girl working was on her phone while everyone waited. My drink was made and it was thrown in the counter .. the straw was throw at the drink right after it I literally couldn’t believe it. Everyone’s faces watching their act was unbelievable. They were all mad waiting and watching their show. Being a Starbucks customer that I am I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service. Won’t be coming here ever, I hope those two...

ordered the veggie egg whites , waited for my drink and after I got it, I noticed they were busy so I stood there waiting. Did not see anyone making it so I asked the person who took my order if she added the veggie egg white to my order and if she did not it was fine. She said that she did and put them in , I asked her how long because I had to go and she less than a minute. I waited and nothing , I asked one girl with dirty blonde hair politely if they were ready because I saw the food out on the counter, she said “I don’t know, we’re busy” I said okay that’s fine even though it was rude. She says something to the guy making drinks and when he responds she says “well there bugging me about it” I asked her so nicely because I was in a rush and her attitude was actually so disgusting. The funny part was she wasn't even making drinks at all, she was restocking lids and all I did was ask her...

I often come here with my son in the early afternoon about 10-11am. And we have a tradition of going to Starbucks before shopping. And honestly I just had enough and had to do a review, but this Starbucks specifically in target, I have NEVER ever met more miserable people in my life. They don’t smile, they don’t see “good morning, how can I help you” they just stare blankly into your face as if we are inconveniencing them. I’m not sure if they hate their jobs or their lives but all that negativity energy just spreads. It’s so bad to the point where I’m willing to stop by at the Starbucks drive thru then interact with miserable people. Just rude and no customer service. There was only one person that used to work there with such a positive attitude & cheery smile and it was a Filipino guy I believe. Just do better please and choose happy people in...
