My family has always come to Morin Jewelers, but when I was 22 years old I walked into Morin Jewelers with not a clue in the world on how or what to do for a engagement ring. I was then walked through every single step from the rings, quality of diamonds and much more. I went back a handful of times to complete the process, not because of issues or confusion, but because I was young and they did the proper method of educating me and giving me time to decide through each process. Once the process was complete the ring was absolutely beautiful, not only was I proud that it was something I picked out every little detail, but I didnt feel like a typical corporate Jewelry store scammed me into buying a random ring out of the display that had no meaning. Fast forward over the last 5 years, we picked out inserts for my wifes wedding ring, picked out my wedding ring, purchased earings for our daughter, and have had countless other experiences. When my Gram’s health was in decline she gave me her Grandmothers ring which was in extremely worn condition and missing at least one of the eight birth stones. When she passed I wanted nothing more than to have it fixed and shined in her honor. I was told that my Gram always liked Morin Jewelers so I knew exactly where to go. Rob and Bruce were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I was expecting to propose to my girlfriend on Christmas, but the ring design she liked would not delivered on-time. Bruce came up with an excellent alternative. He told me he could get the stone prior to Christmas, and offered the idea to present her the stone, then return to the store after the holidays, and design the ring together. That idea removed all the stress I had to find a ring in time and it worked out beautifully. Rob assisted us with finding the ring my fiance' loved.
