Patrick, I love your business but you need a reservation system as I was just so rudely refused service! After just arriving at a time I have come multiple occasions with you yourself working the desk without issue. I would guess we have been there 30+ times which usually comes out to $40.00 or roughly $1200 so far between my wife and I and who knows how many people we have refered there...
So today are arriving at 10:31, I was shocked the door was locked!? After a CUSTOMER opened it for us! Your employee was going to ignore us even though he has helped us half the times we have come but this is the second time he has refused our business! But even worse this time he didn't even tell us!?! Yes he told the other customer who was at the desk he was about to give a sauna " I locked it on them because I didn't have a spot!" Basically ignoring us as a customer...so we just walked out disappointed that we arrived within a reasonable time and we're turned away with the open sign brightly displayed.
With no clarity on your actual hours of operation, terrible service by this employee for the second and the fact I have a 40 minute roundtrip to come there it will be hard for me to want to return.
I suggest a simple reservation system which surely could be achieved via app as almost every customer has a smartphone, it would make it so much easier to accept payment before your arrive saving your employee time from the obviously extra cleaning time he did not want to do.

Read moreThe sauna was amazing, but there is a horrible stench in the room with the sauna, and hot tub. It smells like a dirty pool room, or a dirty boys locker room. I went because I needed to clear mucus from my body, and to get my lymphatic system moving, but I had to hold my breath because of the damp dirty basement smell. I highly recommend that this business invest into remodeling that room. I also thought it was gross that there was very old carpet throughout the place. I couldn't fully enjoy my healing process. I needed to breathe, but I had to hold my breath. The sauna room was free of stench though, so I spent most of my time there. There was also an ant catcher on the corner of the hotub, there were small, black, beetle bugs on our towels. The towels have been used for many years. They were extremely dingy, and overused. They had a bad stench to them as well. As my fiancé, and I drove home we could smell nothing but a sweat room basement like stench on our bodies from drying off with the towels. We were late for a dinner meeting because we had to go home and shower again. We will definitely be finding another place to heal that's much more sanitary...
