During a vacation to Maine (I live in Michigan) I purchased a custom ring from Three Pines Jewelery on August 9th. I was told the ring would be completed in a week and I would receive a picture of the completed product followed by the shipment. After 2 weeks, I called after receiving and hearing nothing. I was given excuses but he said he would have it done in 3 more weeks. After that time had passed, I did not hear anything again. I ended up calling a total of about 10 times, left 4 voice-mails. He never called back. The 4 times he did answer the phone, I was given excuse after excuse with promise dates thats never happened. Read moreOur annual trip to Southwest Harbor always includes a visit to Three Pines—it’s become a cherished tradition. I have quite a few pieces custom designed by Rob. This year, as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, we decided to mark the occasion with something truly meaningful: rings that reflect both our love and our connection to this beautiful place.

Boulders and waves are such iconic elements of the Mount Desert Island landscape, and these rings now serve as enduring reminders of our shared adventures here. Thank you, Three Pines, for helping us celebrate such a special milestone in such a thoughtful, lasting way.

Today though, it was time for some Father’s Day self-shopping. Thanks for sizing and getting the piece ready while I...
