Coin Crazy Family Fun Center Arcade Tour in Spanish Fork, UT #Arcade #Tour #fyp #foryoupage

We had a birthday party for my daughter here. Overall it was a decent value for what we paid. The venue includes bowling, arcade, and laser tag. They also have concessions and prizes for arcade tickets. Our party included arcade, laser tag, a party room, pizza, and drinks. The party room comes with a few tables, table cloths and place settings for the kids. There was also a couch in ours but I don’t think they all have a couch. The room also had a couple extra undecorated tables that you can use for gifts, food etc. The pizza was honestly underwhelming. Our party size was 8 children so we got two pizzas. That left 2 pieces per kid. The slices were small and thin. It was also very greasy. That being said, the kids enjoyed it. They just wanted more. I ordered some wings for myself since I didn’t want pizza. They were ok. Very small and very expensive. The arcade is fun and not bad priced. It’s based on nickels and games range from 1 to about 12 or more. The laser tag was really cool. It’s decorated fun with a lot of space. I think the kids really enjoyed it. Our party host was nice and attentive. He also had the birthday kid spin a prize wheel. Overall he was pretty good. I do think I’d come back but I’ll probably up my planned food budget a bit.

This place is super fun! Bowling? Lazer tag? Endless video games? Virtual reality? Points from your winning to get prizes with? You name!! It's all here!! The staff was very helpful and explained in great detail to help us figure out which card we wanted to purchase. We were there for over an hour on $10.00 and my little companion has money left on his card to go back. Clean establishment (even the bathrooms) with very informative staff, who are also very courteous.

Don’t waste your money here. Took my family there and it a waste of time and money. As soon as we walked in all the front desk people were just sitting chatting and on their phones until I said something then they helped me.

We decided to do the 2 hour arcade pass. Thinking it would be great for the kids to just play non stop. But you gotta make sure you read the fine print that no one can read. It’s extremely limited to the games you are allowed to play in the two hours and even then it wouldn’t let us play some of the ones you could play cause it kept saying error. On top of that half of there machines weren’t even working with no one out on the floor trying to fix them. No joke half the machines didn’t work. There were no signs saying out of service on most of them.

We then realized the kids couldn’t really do anything else so we got some credits on a card for the kids to play some and get a little toy at the end. When we went to desk to redeem our tickets the two guys were just sitting chatting and playing with some of the toys until again I said something. In the middle of helping us he kept talking to his buddy behind the desk so I had to tell him multiple times what we wanted.

All in all horrible customer service. All the employees I saw were teenagers who were on their phone half the time or chatting with each other instead of helping customers. I kept looking around for an older employee or manager but never saw one. You can’t play half their machines and it’s very poorly maintained.

I grew up going to arcade places and always love taking my kids too the but this place has been the worst one...

Clean aracde. The games all work and are clean. Restrooms are clean, too. The arcade isn't big, but has some fun games; several shooter games and car racing games. Was not very busy during summer at 11-1.

There are bigger kid shooter games like Halo, Terminator and jerassic park. There are littler kid shooter games like Nerf war and space Invaders.

It's $2 for the entry fee and then you pay for a card filled with money to play the games. The card doesn't cost anything extra. The tickets are loaded automatically to the card.

Most games cost 4-8 nickles. Some others cost 10- 20 nickles. You win on average 5-20 tickets a game unless you get jackpots or are good at a particular game.

No food allowed in the arcade area. They sell soda, icee, ice cream, various pizza types that are made in house. The pizza is okay, more convenience than anything else. The 14" was 8 slices. You eat at a handful of tables at the front of the arcade. 4-6 chairs at each of the 8 tables out front but they are close together. They have 3 large party rooms.

We didn't do laser tag but it looked like a cool set up.

The tickets can be turned in at the back of the arcade and have your standard prizes.

They are understaffed at times so there are times you may need to wait around but they are running around trying to...

I think this was the worst experience I've ever had bowling. We showed up and were told that the wait would be half an hour - they said they'd add us to a wait list and would send a text once our lane was ready. Nearly an hour later we still hadn't heard anything from them. I went back up to the desk and asked the attendant (who was busy on her cell phone) and said "are there still no lanes available?" She said that there were several lanes open and apologized for us not getting notified. Then we started bowling and only got to about the 3rd frame when the lane stuck, then we were moved to another lane and bowled for a couple more minutes until that one broke too. Then we were moved to another lane and ours and the one next to us broke. We waited for the technicians to work on the lanes for a while and then were asked to move to another lane. It was incredible - we were moved 4 times and spent about 2 1/2 hours there for our family of 6 to finally get through one game of bowling. This was such a disappointment. The kids were actually quite patient, but it really sucked all the fun out of our time there. I was surprised we weren't compensated at all. That was not the experience that I had hoped to have with my family. I'd advise if you're looking for bowling - look...
