Don’t waste your money here. Took my family there and it a waste of time and money. As soon as we walked in all the front desk people were just sitting chatting and on their phones until I said something then they helped me.
We decided to do the 2 hour arcade pass. Thinking it would be great for the kids to just play non stop. But you gotta make sure you read the fine print that no one can read. It’s extremely limited to the games you are allowed to play in the two hours and even then it wouldn’t let us play some of the ones you could play cause it kept saying error. On top of that half of there machines weren’t even working with no one out on the floor trying to fix them. No joke half the machines didn’t work. There were no signs saying out of service on most of them.
We then realized the kids couldn’t really do anything else so we got some credits on a card for the kids to play some and get a little toy at the end. When we went to desk to redeem our tickets the two guys were just sitting chatting and playing with some of the toys until again I said something. In the middle of helping us he kept talking to his buddy behind the desk so I had to tell him multiple times what we wanted.
All in all horrible customer service. All the employees I saw were teenagers who were on their phone half the time or chatting with each other instead of helping customers. I kept looking around for an older employee or manager but never saw one. You can’t play half their machines and it’s very poorly maintained.
I grew up going to arcade places and always love taking my kids too the but this place has been the worst one...
Read moreClean aracde. The games all work and are clean. Restrooms are clean, too. The arcade isn't big, but has some fun games; several shooter games and car racing games. Was not very busy during summer at 11-1.
There are bigger kid shooter games like Halo, Terminator and jerassic park. There are littler kid shooter games like Nerf war and space Invaders.
It's $2 for the entry fee and then you pay for a card filled with money to play the games. The card doesn't cost anything extra. The tickets are loaded automatically to the card.
Most games cost 4-8 nickles. Some others cost 10- 20 nickles. You win on average 5-20 tickets a game unless you get jackpots or are good at a particular game.
No food allowed in the arcade area. They sell soda, icee, ice cream, various pizza types that are made in house. The pizza is okay, more convenience than anything else. The 14" was 8 slices. You eat at a handful of tables at the front of the arcade. 4-6 chairs at each of the 8 tables out front but they are close together. They have 3 large party rooms.
We didn't do laser tag but it looked like a cool set up.
The tickets can be turned in at the back of the arcade and have your standard prizes.
They are understaffed at times so there are times you may need to wait around but they are running around trying to...
Read moreI think this was the worst experience I've ever had bowling. We showed up and were told that the wait would be half an hour - they said they'd add us to a wait list and would send a text once our lane was ready. Nearly an hour later we still hadn't heard anything from them. I went back up to the desk and asked the attendant (who was busy on her cell phone) and said "are there still no lanes available?" She said that there were several lanes open and apologized for us not getting notified. Then we started bowling and only got to about the 3rd frame when the lane stuck, then we were moved to another lane and bowled for a couple more minutes until that one broke too. Then we were moved to another lane and ours and the one next to us broke. We waited for the technicians to work on the lanes for a while and then were asked to move to another lane. It was incredible - we were moved 4 times and spent about 2 1/2 hours there for our family of 6 to finally get through one game of bowling. This was such a disappointment. The kids were actually quite patient, but it really sucked all the fun out of our time there. I was surprised we weren't compensated at all. That was not the experience that I had hoped to have with my family. I'd advise if you're looking for bowling - look...
