Aubergine Kitchen — Restaurant in Spanish Fork

Pretty disappointed with today's visit to Auburgine. My daughter wanted to try the niceshakes and for the price I thought it would be a good size smoothie, like on the picture, but no, super small, ridiculously small actually, with $2 more she could have had one of their entrée bowls. I ordered a Brownie layer nice cream and this did seem like a rip off! I never saw the brownie layers, the only brownie was tiny! So overpriced! The picture is one thousand times bigger! The entrée bowls are not bad, they could also be bigger , what can more rice or quinoa cost and make the customers happier? Overall , this is a restaurant for mid to high income families for sure. Oh! And on this location in Spanish Fork the drinks are inside so you cant get a refil. It is sad that now a days it is all about how much money or profit they want to make and not about customer satisfaction. My bill was of $25 for...

I am a huge fan of Aubergine! I have been going here since the owner Elsio was operating the cash register at their Orem location. I was thrilled to hear they opened a restaurant in Spanish Fork finally! I tell all of my non-health nut friends that take some convincing to try Aubergine that they have made the impossible possible. Aubergine has made highly nutritious and healthy food taste out of this world delicious. I highly recommend the Greek Salad (it is my favorite salad in the world), the Nice Cream Milkshake (I’m team Cocoa every time), and do not miss out on the Brazilian cheese breads! Love the food! Except the baked goods are terrible. Which makes me sadbecause I was excited to try healthy desserts. I have tried the lemon cake, hazelnut chocolate cake, and a few of their cookies. All weren't very good... dry or loaded with Stevia sugar which is so strong it overpowers it. The food though is amazing. Love their avocado cashew melt and their nice cream is delicious. I wish their brownie nice cream had actual brownie bites though, which is unfortunate since I love chunky cookies/ brownies and ice cream. I hope they improve on their baked goods because that's be so amazing to have a yummy healthy treat...
