The place is nice, definitely one of the cleanest adult stores we've been to. When we entered we had somewhat of anidea of what we were looking for or at least what we were going to look at. The young girl worker greeted us and asked if we need any help, we told her we were just looking for now and she told us to ask if we had any questions or needed help.

We looked at a few things and headed to the toys section, looking at a few things and not really knowing if we wanted to get something. The girl approached us again and gave us a lot of helpful information, she was very knowledgeable about the male toys and told us what to stay away from and what would be the best in terms of quality and enjoyment. After this we narrowed it down to two and made a decision. They girl then said she could hold it at the counter for us while we looked, which was really nice.

She then went into as much detail and giving tips for female toys and helped us narrow our search down to a few items and we made a decision.

Afterwards she then recommended some cleaning and restoration powder for our items.

Then she took us to their lube "station" (for lack of a better term) where she again had a lot of information and suggestions on what to look for and what would be a good fit for us. We were able to sample and find one they worked for us.

We then made our purchase and felt completely satisfied with our trip and knew we got exactly what would work for us and found a place we will visit again.

The girl was very knowledgeable and was VERY helpful, I wish I could remember here name as she deserves credit for the amazing job she did helping us out.

After this evenings interaction with an employee we won’t be back anymore. My husband and I have shopped here for many years and I have never felt so unwelcome at a place.
