Iron Horse Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

Went here last Wednesday with a group of 6 for our work's winter party. This was my first time here. The place was rather dead. About 2 other tables had people at them with a couple random people at the bar who were ordering food to go. The server woman/ bartender was the rudest lady from the time we walked in. We were not greeted. When she came to the table for us to order, if you didn't spit your words out in 2 seconds or if you turned to ask your group if you should get another round of drinks, she would just walk away. She wouldn't come back to the table for quite some time, so two of us decided to walk up to the bar to let her know you come back to the table and to get pull tabs. We stood there for 20 minutes with no acknowledgement from either bartender. The male bartender walked past 4 times and couldn't even say we will be with you in a moment. Mind you they are dead and there's not much going. The lady finally comes over, I pick out my pull tabs and then my coworker was going to pick hers. She gets mine, throws them on the table, says good luck and walks off. My coworker standing there the entire time with her money out wanting pull tabs as well. Then while ordering food, we had a couple small questions because we had never been there. She had been rude and seemed upset at our questions. So while waiting for our check to cash out, she hadnt been back to the table in quite some time. So one of us goes to the counter to tell her we are all ready to go if she could bring the checks. We are all sitting at the table with our cash and cards out ready to pay. She comes over, tosses the receipts down and walks away without taking our money. We sit there for another fifteen minutes then decide we will just walk up to the bar to pay. We had to stand at the bar for another ten or fifteen minutes before one of them even acknowledged us. Everyone at the table had one meal and two drinks, and we were all drinking the same thing so it was a pretty easy order. I've never had to wait for so long, or had to literally chase the server around to be able to order yet alone pay for my food. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back, the food was okay but not good enough to replace the absolutely horrible service that we experienced. I work in the service industry and always tip extremely well. This is the first place I've ever been where I didnt leave a tip at all. The service was so bad that I couldn't even bring myself to leave a $2 tip. I would not ever recommend this...

The service was utterly disappointing here. Me and my Uncle had just gotten done working for the night and went here to try and get a bite to eat before heading home. We walked in about 1:26 am which is before the listed closing time of 2 am online. After walking in we where told that they had already done last call and were no longer serving anyone because he had to get home to his wife. We said that we where just looking for some food to eat. He then asked what bar we had came from and then referred us to another bar while we were just looking for food and not drinks. We left after saying "your loss". We left the building and were then unexpectedly and aggressively pursued hostilely by one of the bar tenders into the parking lot yelling from a distance "Don't hit my Mercedes Benz!" confusedly my uncle asked him to repeat his statement "Don't hit my Mercedes Benz!" then pointed to his new 2022 Mercedes AMG G-Wagon. The bar tender then got into my uncles face trying to pick a fight. To note neither of us had a sip of alcohol all night. Neither of us were rude or unkind in any way. We are truly disappointed in the dis-service that was exhibited by that bar tender. He needs to be fired as he is a dangerous threat to innocent citizens. Both myself and my uncle where very startled by his aggression. That bar tender in both are opinions was coming out into the parking lot looking for a fight with one of us. Unfortunately to leave a review you have to give at least one star. From the time we received our drinks to when we left it was HORRIBLE! Sat down and waited a good 15 minutes for a server to even approach our table. Ordered a Dr. Pepper and sweet tea got some nasty soda and unsweetened tea. Asked three times for sugar. Was given 3 packets. Customers sat behind us were waited on immediately in fact received their food before our order was even taken. Husband asked if he could substitute potato salad for garden salad was told sure. My salad was warm and dressing had a sour taste. Husband never received potato salad. Meal finally came husbands steak had to send his back immediately his well done steak was medium. His tater tots were DARK brown like they had sat in the bottom of the fryer. Garlic prawns tasted like rubber. No flavor whatsoever. My steak on the ends was a beautiful medium. However as you got closer to the center it was PURPLE. No coloring to it at all. We would have complained had the server ever came back to our table. But he was too busy wiping tables off with a rag he dropped on the FLOOR!!!! Which explains the stickiness of the table.
