When I arrived, I asked for a cup of ice water when I ordered and was fine with having to pay for it, but the girl looked at me like she didn't know what I wanted and said she didn't know if she could do that. I even told her I would pay for it if that was the reason. She said all she had was bottled water. I guess she didn't understand the part about "ice" water and I ultimately decided to forego it altogether because it seemed too difficult for her. I was the only person in the entire place and waited for half an hour to get one of their freakshakes. It wasn't anything I couldn't have done at home (nothing out of the ordinary like I was thinking it would be) for less money and in a much shorter amount of time. Four more people came in and got their orders before I did. While waiting, I noticed how dirty everything was and what time it was. It wasn't a time that would normally be busy. The employees were just standing around instead of doing anything to clean. It was bad enough that I won't ever return or recommend it to anyone. Ordered ice cream and shrimp nachos and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. Waited in my car, as asked. They brought ice cream out first, but never brought the nachos. The ice cream melted completely while waiting (we were taking it home) so I took it in to ask for it to be remade. It had been 45 minutes by now. She said they couldnāt remake but finally agreed. They brought ice cream out - again with no nachos. The ice cream was still melted but they layered whip cream on top and said the ice cream melted completely in the time it took to walk to my car and they couldnāt help that (the shake was like milk). Finally brought the nachos, only to find out they did not have shrimp once we got home.
Dining room was full, even with current COVID guidelines.

The staff ignored me and the people I was with, we waited at least 30 minutes to order and there was no line in front of us. After we order they asked for our vehicle to bring our items out when they were ready, we only got one of our shakes within 45 minutes so we went in and asked about how long for the other ones and they told us they ācouldnātā find my car and just gave us the melted shake that was sitting in the back instead of making a new one. Then we waited for almost 2 hours to finally get all of our stuff and the lady taking the order was rude and continued to tell us they didnāt know which car was ours even when she writes it down onto the receipt.
