Today I went in hoping for a quick meal with my sister. I was skeptical going considering the past 2 times I’ve gone I’ve had terrible service and they had gotten everyone order wrong but I’m always willing to give it a second chance. Our server was really nice and came to check on us afew times. About 10 minutes after she lasted checked on us we were ready to pay but she was no where in sight. I checked the time and it was 3:09 and we figured she’d be out in a couple minutes to check on us. At this time we were the only table there beside a table to the side filled with their employees just talking to each other. The serves kept passing us but none of them seemed to care that we kept looking around to see if anyone would come check on us. Finally at 3:27 I stopped a server passing and asked if he could get our server for us. He rudely responded “ you mean your waiter, not server. She left.” At this point I’m annoyed because what kind of place allows their staff to leave when they are still attending a table and then not have another person take over their section. I told him no one had informed us of that but I was needing some to go boxes and the check. He had brought them out to us and I put my card down immediately for him to take seeing as all the other table that were there when we first got their had paid at the table. He walked away without taking our card and proceeded to walk passed us another 4 time in 5 minutes without acknowledging us. Finally I was frustrated and just went to pay up front where most of the staff was just up there taking. I won’t be going back and suggest no one to unless they enjoy bad service. Read moreI hate leaving bad reviews on places I really do, and this is completely different than a dining in experience, I’m complaining about the pick up orders. Every time we order our food at this location, there is some sort of problem with our order. EVERYTIME. they just throw our food into the to-go boxes, it gets all mixed up together. Doesn’t even look presentable, but the reason I wanted to make this 1 star review is really because of the service I was treated with whenever I showed up to fix my order. I ordered 25 tacos and the “hanger” in me waited till I got home to check the food I just assumed it would be correct the first time. But when I did get home from my 25 minute drive to this location I open the box the tacos didn’t have the meat in the shell, DEFINITELY not how they would serve tacos to a dining in customer. The meat was just thrown on top of all the tortillas not prepared to eat we would have had to put it all together ourselves, which would sound like complaining from me until you consider the fact it’s their job to make it look presentable and the right way. . Just have to completely take no pride in your work to let food go like this. Especially if people have to drive to come pick it up they want their food right the first time and a mistake is understandable but it’s happened the past 4 times we have been here. Read moreHad a very simple online order that we (me and a coworker) still somehow received incorrect… the “Manny’s special” is posted to have “steak” as the meat option, which is literally the reason we got that instead of the Stevens special. Somehow we both ended up with chicken….? Not even sure how this happened when this is their menu, I do have the pictures of the food we received and the online receipt proving no modifications to the meat was ever selected, when i tried to call the store back that night, twice, (mind you i’m at work, which is why we had it delivered to begin with, so I can’t just sit on the phone calling) they did not answer. Never had a problem with Las Margs until this time and after reading some other considerably lower reviews in comparison, it’s clear Las Margs could do a better job at their online deliveries, especially considering these customers are actually paying more for their food in most cases. They did however give us (unordered) chips, salsa, and queso which was super nice, and this problem would have been an easy fix in the restaurant, however we have to trust the restaurant to do the order correctly and at $50 an online order for TWO people, it shouldn’t be a big request to check the meat that should’ve been there...
