Half of Half Name Brand Clothing — Local services in Springdale

On November 6th 2019 I spent over an hour in the store and spent $90. I purchased two items and tried to return both items on November 13th 2019. Diana and Sandra told me that I did not buy those pants there because they had merchandiser tags on it. Everything in that store has merchandiser tags on it. basically the customer service representative told me I was a liar and I did not buy those pants at that store even though I clearly had the receipts the items and the tags. My character was defamed in front of my coworker. I however had missed calls from that location but I however did not get off work until 5 p.m.. I then spoke with David on December 9th who stated that I did not purchase those items at that location because it had a merchandiser tag on it. Yes they sell Name Brand clothes. For those on a super tight budget and have time to scavenge for great deals on great clothes this is a store for you. My first time experience left me very disappointment. The store did not wow me in any way what so ever. The smell, the lack of cleanliness and organization (this was at 10am, I watched the associate open the door, so it wasn't like I came in after a crowd of people). Prices were good, the condition of the clothes not so much. I would feel more comfortable shopping at Ross, TJ Max, Platos or even Goodwill than here. This store is a fantastic store exspeshaly if you dont have a hole lot of money to spend. Or even if you do you just dont fill like blowing a hole lot of money this is the store. Everything name brand, they have from shoes, to jewelry, sleep wear, robs, wemon under garments, kids close, mens close, and everyday they have different things marked down depending on the color on the tabs You wont regret going in .
