Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Springdale

I’ve been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for many years now even before the app. I frequent pizza hut locations all across the country in my travels. By far this is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I can tolerate the fact that there very few chairs to sit in and having to stand being with back injuries it’s hard but I over look that. I can even over look that it’s located in a fairly scummy part of the city not far from tweeker motels, and most of the time I can even over look the substandard quality of food I receive from this location compared to other locations. But what I most definitely can not over look is the complete and horrid customer service and experience. As example tonight which prompted to finally write a review about this location I placed an order for my family through the app as I always do. The order was ready I went into the store to pick it up. After standing at the counter for almost 5 minutes watching the employees ignore all the customers in the store and talk amongst themselves, I spoke up. I stated my order has been ready for a bit and asked if I could have it. To my shock I was ignored. I asked again and again I was ignored. The third time I asked the lady working told me she was busy and went back to ignoring me. After that I continued to wait. The employee then started to help other customers and completely ignoring me. So I stated I wanted a refund. After being ignored an additional 10 minutes or more the lady stated that she issued a refund in cash. I told the employee that I paid with a card and would like the refund placed back on my card ( I don’t carry cash for safety reasons). At that point the lady refused to place the money back on my card and told me to leave the store. I stated I would leave as soon as I had documentation stating that a refund was issued. The employee then threatened to call the police to have me removed still without issuing the refund. By this point I already was in chat with Pizza Hut customer service informing them of everything happening. After waiting for the police for an additional 10 minutes or so ( never showed up) the employee finally issued my refund ( so she claimed) though I haven’t seen the money returned yet. I refuse to give a company money that treats their customers in such a way therefore I personally nor my family or friends will be going to any Pizza Hut location as long as that employee still has a job pizza hut will no longer profit off of poor subpar customer service. I invite all those that feel the same way about this Pizza Hut location to boycott this location and all locations until the standard of customer service is where it should be and met on a consistent basis. What I saw and experienced tonight at this location is a insult to all customer service position in existence and a slap in every paying customer paying customer face. Don’t stand for it they need your money you do not need their pizza. Force the positive change and say no until the change is made. This location amongst others will conform to customer satisfaction wants and needs if the customers force them to. I will no longer be opening my wallet to this company until a change is made starting with the termination of that Ill...

I just love the thin crust pizzas from Pizza Hut sometimes I like my pizza topings to be black olives, mushrooms, and extra cheese. Sometimes I just like my pizza with pineapple and extra cheese. I always order extra cheese on my pizzas with light pizza sause. This making my pizza, thin crust, light sause, hot, fresh, and extra cheesy baby. My granddaughter Liberty likes her pizza the same as me. Where my grandson Beau, only likes pepperoni and sausage on his pizza. He dislikes almost all kinds of vegetables. My daughter Summer, she loves the vegetables. So she usually orders veggie lovers pizza with thin crust. Our kitty cat Rina Roo Roo, she also loves the veggie lovers pizza too. Also when ordering my daughter always has to order bread sticks when we order our pizzas. Her and my granddaughter love them dipped in marinara sauce. Where Beau prefers to have a side order of the chicken wings. You can find a Pizza Hut in almost every city in Arkansas and some of our smaller towns like Huntsville have Pizza Huts too. Bigger cities will have more than one they might have several Pizza Huts, like my city, city of Springdale has more than one Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut will always get my vote as being the number one pizza place in Arkansas. As for my grandchildren and daughter I can say they love Pizza Hut just as much as I do. My kitty cat Rina Roo Roo don't laugh, but she also loves the veggie...

Update: Ordered through the pizza hut app and the order is wrong. They also used door dash to deliver and the person left it outside and didn't ring the bell, so it was cold with flies on it when we realized. The shift lead Isabella said it's not their problem and told me "if it's cold the reheat instructions are right on the box". No apology no refund no remake. Not their problem and I'm out $40.

Russell or whoever runs this place, if you use a service (doordash) and they mess up, that is on YOU. Not the customer. It's pretty easy to understand. Your shift lead should really have some customer service retraining.

Older review. Didn't bring our 2 liter, fine whatever. When I called to ask to refund or receive it I got a call center and the lady said she'd send it right out...without taking ANY of my information in order to verify or to get it to me. After I questioned that she seemed confused but took my number and address. No refund and never sent a replacement! I was not surprised after that ridiculous interaction. Who do you have working...
