Honestly, such a fun experience for my 4y.o. The ball pit / adventure area is designed for 10 years and younger. There are multiple rope tunnels, at 5 different slides, and plenty of other things to challenge the mind / body. There is a little carousel which you can get really going with 2 adults pushing. The trampolines are varied and vast. Even being there on a rainy Saturday, there was plenty of space for everyone jumping. And, truly genius, this is where the 8 massage chairs are located for weary parents watching - spend the money, you deserve it. If you just park on one of the message chairs, it will beep annoyingly but understandably.
For the older kids, there is plenty to keep them busy and engage their love of playful mayhem. These bubble "bumper balls" seem to be a huge hit evidenced by the line to wait and general chaotic laughter. There is a section that reminds me of training for the Ninja warrior course but falling into a ball pit and overall pretty challenging. Of course, there is rock-climbing - seemed to max out at 6 kids hooked in at a time. For the thrill enthusiast, an inner tube slide shoots the kids down and rockets them briefly airborne; luckily, there is extra fanny padding.
Now, the foam pits. You might think it looks pretty fun and easy but you would be wrong. I jumped into the pit and straight up got swallowed; it reminded me of quicksand where it was near impossible to move horizontally and then every time you did, you got sucked deeper in. There are no steps going out which forces you to rely on upper body strength alone to propel yourself up and out of the at least 4 foot deep foam pit. I need to get swoll before attempting that again. Though admittedly, the littles seemed to have a much easier time as they didn't get sucked much further than the 1st foot down. However, after 3 hours, my 4y.o was pretty tuckered and the pit almost triggered a melt down so maybe try that easier on.
There didn't seem to be a wide array of concessions and what was available (waters, some tea) was quite expensive but looks like you can bring in your own. There were a bunch of video / arcade games for a break from the intense physicality of the park but I do wish there was something else a little more chill where kids could go to decompress / take a break. Sometimes there was music but it was sporadically played probably because in general, the area was pretty loud. For some with auditory sensitivities, I can see it getting overstimulating. I would recommend the establishment also invest in more shoe cubbies and seating. Yes, there are a bunch of tables but even early on a Saturday they were full. That being said, excellent fun was had and we definitely will be returning!!

Read moreThe 2 hours (1 1/2 hrs jumping and 1/2 hr for pizza) is an ok concept. But people are booking birthday parties. You can't book someone being out at 2:45 and another group to be in at 2:45! I wasn't in my room on time, because the previous group probably ran into the same issue as us. You have to expect a birthday party is going to have cake and presents as well as the pizza that is included in the package, and you have thirty minutes to do all that and completely be out of the room. All within that 30 minutes?! My kid opened his presents while all the other kids had cake and pizza. It would work out ok if you took pizza off completely and charged a lower price. It definitely would fit within your time frame better to only feed kids cake. As for other negative experiences when I got there the desk staff were so overwhelmed I had to wait to even check in. They told me no waivers were completed which was incorrect, all had been. Our party host wasn't ready, our room wasn't ready. Again fix the back to back booking. A simple 15 minutes between bookings gives families time to leave and the room time to be cleaned and set up for the next group. Our party host was very disorganized. She didn't get a proper drink count and had to leave 3 times to get more. And I agree with a lot of other reviews. If i'm booking a room for ten I don't care how many kids come. You bring me the drinks for ten. We never had forks for cake so I had to leave the room to get those myself. The very first girl I encountered at the desk that informed me our wavers were not filled out told me it was due to a staff member that basically wasn't up to par. Just not really professional conduct. When dealing with the party host some kids were not given wrist bands causing parents to have to take kids to get them. None of our parents were given visitor badges. There is so much more to add but I will stop there. The place was clean for how busy the place was. And they gave our kids extra jump time for us not being in our room on time. But that is really all I could say that was a plus. I wouldn't book a party room again but I would bring my kid 1 on 1 or with a friend during a less party booked time. Maybe consider different lines at your counter. 1 for party booking guests and 2 for public guests. That could also help with being quicker with getting guest issues resolved. It did anger me that the manager told one of the parents I was late, and that's why we were running behind. I wasn't late, I was waiting in their very, very, very long line at the desk. And when informing us that we were getting extra jump time. The manager told one of my party guest parents instead of me, even though I was...
Read moreDo NOT have a birthday party here. Very unorganized and chaotic. Ownership does not understand customer service at all. Place seems OK to bring kids for a few hours to play, but do not waste the money on a party here.
Reasons: Host was brand new with no training or help from other staff members. Process for charging guests is flawed. Wanted to re-charge me for individuals who already paid and multiple who were not even there. Check your receipts. Could not get into party room by the time we were supposed to. Could not set up at all for party before guests arrived. Guests had to wait for long periods to get wristband to start playing because they only had one host and would not provide additional help even after being requested. Did get ~15 additional minutes of play time to account for it. Owner is only concerned about how many parties they can move through the place. Room was not even cleaned by the time we were supposed to use it. It was being cleaned mid-party. Owner brought parents back to desk just to confirm that they didn’t have other kids with them because their system is so unorganized. This wasted play time for kids. Initially tried to only provide one water bottle for each kid. Had to work through host to get more. Owner showed no accountability for the poor service and did not even apologize. Many of the parents were surprised by how unorganized this place is run. Also, not even a thank you for the business. Had 26 kids at the party and the room assigned was too small to accommodate comfortably. Not cheap, especially for the service provided.
Host was nice and tried their best with the given circumstances. Ownership does not set their employees up for success. Pizza was good as well.
I strongly urge you to look elsewhere when planning your...
