Parma Pizza and Grill — Restaurant in Springettsbury Township

Waited 1 1/2 hours for a delivery. Food arrived cold. Pizza and fries were cold to the touch. Called in and was told they didn’t have a driver so it sat until someone could bring it. They knew the food was cold & should have been remade before delivering. Refused to refund money. Didn’t bring the soda we ordered and refused to refund that money as well. Offered to remake the food or 50% off our next order. Who wants to wait another hour for remade food they knew they should have remade before bringing it? Used to order weekly, always tipped the drivers well and never complained when they forgot sauces or soda, which happens often with the one driver. Never asked for it to be refunded. Manager was supposed to call back to resolve the issue and after an hour, nothing. Extremely disappointed bc we really like the female driver that delivers often and is always pleasant. Terrible experience with no resolve leads me to leave a bad review which I rarely do. You lost a loyal customer who is also a small business owner who refers our customers from out of town to our favorite places on a regular basis. Being a wing connoisseur for some time now I thoroughly and immensely enjoy a good chicken wing. I have eaten at parma's Pizza and Grill for their Pizza and Wing Buffet night a few times before. It had been a few months since I had visited this establishment for this eventful evening. This time was extremely disappointing. For pizzas they only offered a white pizza and a plain cheese pizza. Neither one could stand alone but needed garlic and parmesan cheese and oregano and parsley and salt and pepper and anything else I could find on tables near me to make them completely enjoyable. I do understand that some people like their wings soft and some people like them fried hard. Our first serving of wings were crunchy and an enjoyable. I'm pretty sure we ended up leaving More Wings on the table than we actually consumed. Parma's if you read this I hope you get this night together. People work hard and want a decent meal. Have had several pizzas here, and we've never been disappointed. Just had lunch on Sunday there, ordering their Holiday Special, which is a white pizza with some toppings on it. It was very good. Have also enjoyed their stuffed pizza slices, which are very filling & tasty. Have ordered their version of a supreme, as well as a simple sausage pizza. They know how to make a good pizza - starting with the crust, adding sauce, toppings & cheese. Probably one of our favorite pizza places in York. Walking into the place, it may not look like much - not much in the way of ambiance, but the pizza is good. They are set up a lot like many mid-range places (i.e. fuddruckers, 5 guys burgers, etc...) where you order at the register, pay for your food, and then you find a table and they bring it out to you.
