Big Apple Bagels — Restaurant in Springettsbury Township

I wish I could give them a zero. My husband and I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel and a pizza bagel. After TWENTY minutes, and watching the two parties that came in AFTER us being served, I asked the cook (brunette hair, looks about 60) "Is there a problem?" She instantly had a poor attitude and responded "What do you mean?" I said "We ordered twenty minutes ago and even the two parties that came in afterwards have been served?" She then rudely retorted "In case you haven't noticed we are not a pizzeria we are a bagel place". Maybe she is new or maybe I am ignorant but isn't a pizza bagel just a toasted bagel with tomato sauce and cheese? Or is the making of a pizza bagel some monumentally complex and difficult task? She then rudely offers a "free sandwich the next time you come". No thanks. Another 5 minutes pass and the same old woman says "here" and DROPS the tray on the counter. THE FOOD WAS BURNT! My husband then requested a refund to which the now angry, old woman acquiesced. As we walk out, and she needed the last word, she stated in the most obviously insincere way humanly possible "Have a GREAT day". That old woman would benefit immensely from some customer service training and pizza bagel construction strategies. Stopped in for a quick bite this morning with my partner. He got a bagel with cream cheese and I got a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. The bagels were good- nothing special. The egg on my bec was a thick spongy obviously premade egg blob. It had two overly processed precooked strips of bacon on it and a slice of cheese that wasn’t melted despite asking for the sandwich toasted. I picked the bacon, egg, and cheese off and just ate the bagel. Went up to the counter and asked for a side of cream cheese. The clueless girl working the cash register scooped maybe a tablespoon of cream cheese into a small condiment cup and then proceeded to charge me $3 for it while mumbling under her breath “I don’t Know” as she tried to navigate the pos system. I’d imagine she just didn’t know how to ring up a side of cream cheese and charged me for a full serving of it. Unfortunately this place is fully staffed with kids, & Food was extremely underwhelming. Won’t...

First off, service: Cashier was not only rude, but also really impatient (like we were wasting her time, not like it's her job or anything to ring us up...) the guy there seemed to be pretty nice (I'm assuming he's the manager/owner) but just kind of stood there while the girl was giving us an attitude for no reason. Food: We ordered bagels with 2 eggs each over medium, bacon and cheese... after 10 minutes we finally got our food, with egg patties... patties, we ordered over medium. They don't do any other style... ya think the cashier would have said something about that?! Nope, not her job I guess. The bacon was soggy, I don't even know if it went on the griddle. First and last time...
