I placed an online order for delivery, at the time the app said the pizza was supposed to arrive I got a call from them and the lady snapped at me asking why no one was there to pick it up. I double checked with her that it was delivery and she said it was so I asked her why she was angry at me that no one picked it up, I confirmed the address with her before she switched the phone to someone else, who said that door dash was saying that my address wasn't real and that he would call them and that if I waited a bit longer I would receive my food. I said okay and then got off the phone. I waited an hour without receiving any feedback or anything. Seeing that the app still said my order was being prepared and that I still had a charge on my card I attempted to call them to get an update and possibly cancel the order. First call I get hung up on immediately after the bot tells me to hold. second call I get a guy and when I tell him I wanted to get an update on my order he tells me to hold and then I get hung up on. I tried calling 3 more times after this having received no text or email telling me my order has been canceled or anything with each of those calls being hung up on instantly. I am greatly disappointed by how this situation was handled. I saw as I was typing this that the charge has been removed from my card but I still have received nothing that lets me know my order has been canceled which is ridiculous. I had been planning to drive down there after sending this so if I hadn't been looking at my account I would have driven down there just to be told they already canceled it. Read moreI somehow wish I could explain to you the level of disgust I had with this restaurant and with Pizza Hut in general for allowing the employees to behave in the manner they did when I decided regretfully one night to order a large amount of pizzas for a family gathering that I had. When the food had not arrived I became concerned and called to verify that the driver had the correct address. I was told that I had never called and no order existed. I checked my account only to discover that the order had in fact been charged to my card. I called back to the restaurant and asked for the manager and was told “I was calling and bugging them” (the employees) during a busy time and was hung up on. I was prepared to drive into the restaurant now mind you this was an hour and a half later and I’m at a party with starving kids who were promised pizza, when a woman shows up with the order. I called back to the restaurant to let them know and was again told I had not ordered from them. I had the phone on speaker and allowed the driver to talk to the associate who bluntly said “whatever” and hung up. The driver was polite and apologized and offered to speak the the manager which to date has never happened. I hope you recorded the calls so you can hear what was said. Read moreLiterally ordered my pizza after being on hold for 30 minutes and I waited 2 1/2 hours and NOTHING WAS EVER DELIVERED. Had to drive to the Mount Rose store to get a refund because nobody would answer the phone after another 30 minutes on hold. This place is absolutely incompetent and the employees especially the female manager has no idea how to operate and run a restaurant. I have no idea why I was on hold for 30 minutes to get a refund or find out where my order was because when I got to the restaurant, they were all just standing around staring at each other while I was on hold listening to Pizza Hut hold music. The female manager should be immediately terminated. She had a hard time putting a phone number in and placing the order let alone she didn’t know what happened to my order for delivery. How in the world do you not know where somebody’s order went and what driver took it to make it right and then when I asked her to Place another order she was not able to do that. The bathrooms were not working inside the restaurant and a little girl that needed to use the restroom was told to use the men’s bathroom. No wonder Pizza Hut is shutting down stores and going out of business nationwide. This is a prime example of a failing business in America in 2024. Absolutely unbelievable.
