I will never order from them again! Tried returning a $76 pair of jeans. Went through there procedure to do that and I never heard back from them. I ordered a lot of other things along with the jeans that are not of good quality. Impossible to get any customer support! I tried twice. The first time I wanted to return the jeans and a cardigan. They did inform me that the cardigan was a final sale and could not be returned but the jeans could, but they canceled my request for return for the jeans as well. Doesn’t make sense! I put in a separate return request for the jeans three weeks ago and before the 14 day return policy and haven’t heard from them. Very dissatisfied! I hope they read this...

I cannot say enough great things about the shipping, packaging, quality of the clothing and the fit!! I order a lot online and this is the best experience I’ve ever had!
