Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Springfield Township

The food is good, the reason for the one star is we decided to go in and eat, we asked for the music to be turned down because we couldn't hear each other talking, Christina our server said the BIG boss was there and they arent allowed to turn it down. This is supposed to be a family establishment and they were playing some love making r&b music where it sounded like they were doing it on the radio. How tasteless!!! This is a disgrace I'll take my food home from now on and this meal was the worst experience I truly want me money back and I'll go to corporate to get it. Had to chase down my server just to get my check and a Togo box. We left a penny as a point of the bad service. I love Pizza Hut! Especially their rewards program. The pizza tastes fresh and delicious. However, I rated four stars because we tried the pizza that had the little cheesy bites all the way around the crust (that looked kinda' like tater tots or pizza rolls). And the cheese had baked out of 95% of the bites. So, the cheese was everywhere in the box, but not in the crust. And the largest pizza size available for this specialty is TINY! In fact, Pizza Hut's pizza sizes in general seem to be much smaller than say, Gionino's or Papa John's. Our kids had friends over on this day... So, we had seven people, five pizzas and two kinds of wings... And I was the only one who seemed to enjoy the dinner. So, that's why I gave four stars. I really wish I had taken a picture of the deflated cheesy bites pizza so you all could see what an actual unappetizing...

My wife and I went to this pizza. Hut location today and the waitress wetwitter had was very rude and seem like she was trying to Rush us when she came over right in the middle of our meal while we are having a conversation and decided to shove our plates out of the way and set an empty box down along with the bill. Now normally we had good service there. However, this lady should not be doing a customer service position. This lady. Needs to be retrained on how to interact with customers along with management. Should seriously consider some sort of disciplinary action for how she treated the customers because we were not the only ones in there at the time. There is 2 other groups and she seemed like she was very shortcoming...
