Exithis — Attraction in Springfield Township

This was the second time we went through the jail ( only 2 of our 7 person group had been in before) but we hadn't been in over a year. The 1st time we went through was amazing, such a great experience and owner was super fun! This time, however, the guy that walked us threw seemed like he didn't want to be there, no fun! And the escape room itself hasn't been kept up with. There were a couple clues threat were difficult to figure out simply because it was messed up so bad. Id love too give 5 stars because it is a great experience, but i just can't because it seems like they are letting it go. We had reservations with a party of 10. The guy we had on Saturday that explained directions didn't want to be there or something. He was annoyed, or acted like it, when we paid with card, he didn't get us excited or pumped about it at all. We did the presidential suite. It definitely took all of us to find clues and we still didn't get out. It was fun and they made it hard. I felt like some of the stuff was dirty and not sure they clean between groups. Some stuff was broken. After we were done another worker was talking to his group and was so excited and pumped for them explaining stuff. My wife and I went to another escape room in Mentor and didn't nearly have as good of a time as we did here. My best friend and his wife decided to join us because they had never been to one, so we made it a date and went to eat and then came out to exithis! We laughed so hard and we know that the game masters had to have been watching us and laughing too. We couldn't figure out even the easiest room, but we seriously had a blast!
