So disappointed , after over 3 weeks of not getting my new card after it was compromised, I was told at week 2 just give it a few more days. I can't wait longer I need a physical card in hand. Last weekend I had to take a trip out of town and becuase i didn't have my physical card I couldn't check into my room. Now next week I'm going on another trip and now I have to wait up to another two weeks. I told them I need it sooner and she said we can expedite it for 15 dollars. After I've waited over three weeks and I have to pay extra to get my card in a timely manner. It's company policy the fee cannot be waived. I get it if it was the first replacement card, but it's not my fault I didn't get it in the mail. It's hard to use cash these days. So upsetting I will be changing my bank account as soon as possible. As this isn't the first time my replacement didn't come in the mail. I shouldn't have to wait 5 weeks...

I live 45 min away and their website states you don’t even HAVE to have an appointment. Also the teller (didn’t get name but she was the young African American lady) had quite a bit of snark when talking to me. I was completely polite, so I don’t know what her deal was?
