Good products that other stores don’t have nearby and good prices. However, I’ve had my order cancelled due to inventory being incorrect on the site. Another time they just took the item off (an eighth) without offering something in its place for the same price. Inventory issues are not the fault of the customer and prices should be honored in place of that. Customer service lacks here from my experiences and I’ve been coming here frequently for the past 8 ish months. If you place a pre order, you’ll be waiting in line for 10-15 minutes while the walk ins get taken care of. What’s the point of doing a pre order here? My biggest issue is the point system here. Sometimes I get 30% off my whole order, here and the NOHO location. But today I was told it was limited to one item and the worker explained “it’s management.” So your management picks and chooses who and when people get 30% off their order? I’ve had many workers tell me many different things so it seems that management is lacking with communication. It isn’t fair to the customer to have the rules of the point system change depending on who is at the register!! From now on, I know to take the extra 20 minute drive up to NOHO. At that the reviews that are posted are clearly chat gpt, and repetitive. Second, the inconsistency here is crazy. One day I’ll get 20% off my whole order the next they’ll only give it to me for one single item. Management should make it clear to every employee what the proper use of the points system is. And should openly communicate with your customers so nobody is misled or comes here short on cash because they expected to get an order at 20% off, not $2 off on a single item. There is always a line so ridiculously long, whether you preordered or not, that the shortest I’ve ever been in and out was a little over 20 minutes for a preorder. Staff is never really friendly and the layout of how their lines and checkouts work is so poorly done that it’s mind boggling. Tried to go this evening and I’m not even lying at 8PM the line was so long it wrapped outside into the parking lot, which is actually nuts. I get having to wait, it’s not an insane request, but there’s never enough forethought put into staffing or layout needs so it just becomes an unorganized disaster.
