We booked an appointment to look at some jewelry we had to appraise and sell. It says on their website that is what they offer. We walked in to an older lady giving us an angry look and a man behind the counter. I explain that I booked an appointment and what we were here for and he said "No, we can't do that" then he turns around and says "Oh, we can do it but we would charge you $300 for it." Nowhere on their website that it states that. Then he glances over for 2 seconds and looks at them and says " It's no good, stuff is custom" or something like that Thick accent I say well there's gold in here too and he's like "Oh, well it's too much work" They made us feel unwanted and were extremely rude. The other workers just stared at us in a nasty way. A completely unwelcoming place. I ended up walking out and he says "Come back when you find the gold in here" They just didn't want to be bothered looking at the items.    Read moreThe sales associate was great at getting a good deal on a replacement wedding band. Unfortunately after our purchase the customer service suffered. The item was delayed three times. This was no fault of the company, as manufacturers are in control of that. However, the store was horrible at updating. We had to keep calling to ask about the item and where it was. They never called us directly to let us know the item was delayed. Again, not their fault on the delay, but they arenât good at informing their customers when there is a hold of up on their items. Thankfully we never drove to the store expecting it to be there and would always call ahead, but we shouldnât have had to do that and they should have kept us better appraised of where...
