Editing to add that I just looked at the shipping label from the previous box and they are both identical so I dont know what the mixup was.
I dont know how else to address my concern. I had ordered live fish online and wasn't sure Id be home to receive them and didnt want them sitting in the heat. The place I ordered from offered UPS access point shipping. I have used this location as a UPS access point before for live fish with no issue. I thought I did it correctly. I had them shipped to the staples near my house. I went to pick them up and the woman who helped me was nice to me but told me I had it shipped incorrectly and it went directly to staples and not the UPS access point. I asked her to explain to me how to do it for next time. She told me to have it shipped to my house and if im not home to receive it, it will go to the nearest UPS access point. That didn't make sense to me as the last shipment of fish that I had shipped to this UPS access point was sent correctly. I guess my concern is when I got home, I realized I had a missed call from this staples location. They left me a voicemail about picking up my live fish (as I was walking in the door to get them). The woman who left me the voicemail was not very nice. She didn't talk with a nice tone and at points sounded sarcastic and unprofessional. "Come pickup your fish, we are not an aquarium, we dont want them here". I thought I had it sent the same way I did the last shipment of fish I had delivered here. There was no need for the person who called me to be unprofessional. I guess Ill have to find somewhere else for when I make live fish orders in the future. I am just glad they accepted the order. Had they rejected it, I worry my fish would have been lost in limbo. Its really not that...
Read moreI went to stables to have some important documents laminate it… I was under the assumption that stables wasn’t doing as well because it seems Walmart and target are taking over our industry, however when I walked in I was greeted by at least five employees all genuinely saying welcome to stables and they all looked like they were happy to work there ! I can’t remember the young lady who helped me but she gave me a quote of how much it was going to cost she listened to my concerns knowing that it was important documentation and had it ready the same day… I went back this weekend to pick up my items and I actually walked through the store which I must say was beautiful well organized well-stocked and I wanted to buy stuff just because everything looked so pretty even though I didn’t need it… I actually talk to the manager outside he’s a great guy and genuinely wants to help his customers and have a good experience… If I need anything from Staples in the future I will definitely go to that location and I definitely recommend it for people who need office needs even if you’re closer to another stables I’m going to tell you to go...
Read moreWent to pick up a same day customized print order of return address labels. Never did this before. Went to customer service and said exactly what I was picking up. Associate could not find it, not even in the system. Called the number on the page I ordered from and got someone who had a very thick accent and couldn't understand. After many times clearly and slowly repeating information asked for she kept getting it wrong. I asked to be transfered to someone else and she would not transfer me. Hung up and called back. It was supposedly ready for pick up. Went back to service desk and received attitude from associate saying we don't pick it up there. Well, he could have said that sooner. Picked up product and left. In the car I took a peak and noticed my order was several hundred short. Went back in and they were printed, but the associate kept making mistakes and had to throw them away. The only plus is I received 240 extra labels. I will NEVER shop from staples again. This was supposed to be a pick up and go. Instead I spent an hour trying to pick up the product.
