Tower Square — Attraction in Springfield

Staff was very nice and pleasant, but there seemed to be a lot of time spent waiting for various things. Only one elevator seemed to be working when we arrived and it was very difficult at prime check-in time on a Saturday with a big show in town. We had to wait for several full elevators before getting up to the room. After the show we went to the restaurant, which again staff was very pleasant, but not equipped for the after show crowd. Tower Square used to be a great place to go in Downtown Springfield not having been down there in a while I ventured in the other day and found it to be a lonely desolate place where I can imagine anybody over the age of 50 will ever Venture into cuz it seems scary and outdated there was some creepy people lurking around the building and just wouldn't be a place I would want my grandmother to go shopping nor was there anywhere to go shopping too it's sad what tower square has become cuz I can remember it as a child as a vibrant and Alive place I hope they can rebuild it when the casino comes in and rebuild the...

Clean and comfortable. The garage system is bonkers. We arrived late in the evening and the elevators to the garage are locked at that point. There are no signs saying this or giving walking directions to the lobby from the garage. There are also no signs directing customers from the hotel to the correct garage. The result was walking outside the building and through the car ramp to our car. Or walking down several flights of stairs exiting the building and walking up the street through the main hotel...
