This review is long overdue. My husband and I purchased his and her Rolex’s from the incredible people at Lorilil. This purchase was a long time coming and a very big one for us. Our communication with Lorilil started with Elena, who was incredibly helpful and patiently taught us how to navigate the Rolex site to view options, and when we were ultimately ready to come in for an appt and place an order we met with Victor and Chris she ensured our appt was at a time convenient for us as we work long hours. Upon meeting Victor and Chris’ it was clear that their extensive knowledge of Rolex’s is unlike anyone we’ve ever encountered. We love that Lorilil is a family run business. The store is beautiful and bright! Everyone was very patient and didn’t rush me as I was much more indecisive than my husband. They appreciated that we had worked long and hard to save for this purchase. Victor and Chris offered suggestions and alternatives that were ultimately better than what we walked in the door anticipating to order! We are both so glad we were open minded and listened to the experts! We were so fortunate to meet the folks at Lorilil and make this momentous purchase! We will definitely be back soon!...

I have been hoping to purchase my first Rolex for quite some time now, but given the current market and the daunting waitlists, I had been hesitant to reach out to an AD to inquire about the process. Per the recommendation of a friend and coworker, I decided to go to Lorilil.

Upon visiting the store, I was met with a wealth of information and hospitality. Despite my being so uninformed and new to this experience, the staff at Lorilil was more than accommodating and thorough, walking me through every step.

Moreover, a few days after speaking to an associate regarding the Rolex brand, and which models I was interested in, I received a call from Lorilil. They were following up with me regarding our recent conversation, and confirming the specifics of my interests. This type of attention to detail, and individual attentiveness, simply cannot be found with many larger chain boutiques.

So, while I am still early in my watch-buying experience, I feel more than confident that I am in good hands. Just that simple act of customer service has established me as a loyal customer, moving forward.

Chris, Victor & team are fabulous. Can’t say enough about their knowledge, candor, & helpfulness. I have been thinking about purchasing a Rolex (my first) for sometime. Initially, I stopped in after calling just to try on a few models.
