Compu-Cell + — Attraction in St. Ann

Absolutely horrible service. I went into Compu.Cell to have my phone repaired on January 9th. I car had ran over my phone. When I spoke with one of the salesperson, he stated that the phone was repairable. The cost would be ($230.00). He would have to order the pair so it would take approximately 4 to 5 hours to complete.

So, I dropped off my phone earlier that day and returned later that afternoon. I was pleased with the service and paid the ($230.00) fee.

Fast forward 4 weeks and the face/glass of my phone started cracking. The battery appeared to be pressing against the glass which was causing it to crack. Keep in mind that I had this phone for 4 years and never had this problem. I kept an Otter Box casing on it the entire time. It was a S20 Note that was in excellent condition.

When I returned the phone to the salesperson and briefed him on what was happening with the cracking of the glass. He stated that there was nothing that he could do about it. Several minutes went by of us going back and forward. Compu.Cell refused to stand behind their work and stated that there was nothing that they could do.

Here's my thing. If you are going to charge ($230.00) for a service but refuses to stand behind your work. That's very unprofessional. ($230.00) is a lot of money for customers to come out of pocket for a inferior service. If there was an issue with the battery causing the glass to crack. You are the ones who removed the battery from the phone to repair it in the first place.

Again, the phone was in excellent condition before the car ran it over. I have never removed the battery from this phone.

Went here to get my Iphone screen replaced. Customer service was excellent but the parts used in the replacement are terrible. My screen has a permanent tint to it despite what settings I update, responsiveness is low, and the iphone itself even prompted a warning in my settings that it does not recognize the screen part installed and has updated apple of those findings. I've essentially thrown $125 down the drain and also compromised my ability to sell or trade in my iphone without incurring additional costs. Go somewhere that is more expensive and reliable knowing you won't have long term issues.

You wrote my first name on a sticker and put it on the back of the phone. I added a screenshot of my charge from your store on Feb 21, 2022 to the page as proof. I was dealt by a dark haired individual with a full black beard and a splint on his left hand. The customer in front of me that night discussed his mechanic shop and that you had a need for your imported cars to get fixed. On top of that on receipt of my phone you tried to explain away the difference in color as a setting on my phone during night shift mode which I should've pushed back on. If you are looking for an Expert to repair your damaged iPhone then Joe is your guy. If I could give him more than five stars I would. After an unexpected accident in the deep end of the pool, I was sure my iPhone 11 was destroyed. The phone was soaked for two days until I could get to Compu Cell. Joe treated me with the utmost professionalism and compassion when I arrived and explained the process that would need to be done to see if he could get it running again. He was completely honest with me that he couldn’t make any promises and that he would do all that he could. I told him I appreciate that and to take what time he needed.
