Everytime I've come here something has gone wrong. One time they messed up my sandwich while I was eating in, no big deal, they were nice. But this last time was extremely disappointing. My husband and I realized after we left that they gave us the wrong order. We came back, they apologized and made us new fries. Thought that was nice. When we actually ate, the fries had no salt on them. My 6 inch Chicken Terriyaki didn't have much meat. I had several bites that didn't have any chicken at all. I asked for mayo, there was none. I asked for extra Terriyaki, they hardly had any on there. Was just a bad experience. My husband hasn't eaten his sandwich but I'm not holding my breath that it's correct. Read moreI gave 3 out of 5 stars because I sat outside and waited for them to make my order, and while doing so I witnessed the female employee wipe down various things inside the building... now remember we are going through a pandemic currently, so I proceeded to watch...I'm thinking wow these guys keep a clean place for a restaurant in the area... then I see her open the door to exit the store, she wiped the door handle that multiple people have touched.. then walks back inside the store and continues to wipe down all the tables, drink machine and tea dispensers all with the same rag and same side of the rag that she wiped the handle with seconds prior! Like seriously ! ? Let's cross contaminate the whole building while we are cleaning.. um idk about y'all but I will NOT BE EATING here again anytime...
Read moreI visited Penn Station a couple of days ago and placed a custom order. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues during my visit. It was around 9:30 PM, and the store was scheduled to close at 10:30 PM. However, the staff seemed unwilling to assist customers at that time and told them were closing, despite it being an hour before closing time.
When I requested more ranch, I was ignored multiple times and had to ask three times before receiving a response. Additionally, the ranch I was eventually given tasted old. I ended up feeling unwell the next day and even became sick.
