The most baffling experience I have had at a fast food place in YEARS! On my lunch break, I got two original chicken wraps, a sweet tea, and cheese tots. The chicken wraps were SOAKED in sauce, every other time I had gone to this EXACT SAME BK they were dry- I literally didn't know they came with sauce on em! It was like a gusher the amount of sauce in this thing! I go in and show the worker, he said okay he'll drop more for me but it'll be 6mins. Of course! I appreciate him helping out!! We have a WHOLE CONVERSATION about how I didn't know it came with sauce on it as it had never been made like that before or had so little I couldn't notice for the lettuce and tomato- that I would just prefer these with no sauce and I know for the future how go order it. The sweet tea was so sweet I may have gotten diabetes from a few sips so I told them so and corrected it myself- as they seemed just dumbfounded on what to do. Got the new wraps and LO AND BEHOLD! SOAKED IN SAUCE STILL! stressed and out of time on my lunch I go through the drive through again where they ignore me for 10mins while 3 other cars pull up behind and order/are waiting on their food. When they come to the window to ask, "What's wrong now?" I show and explain the situation again, the dude and lady at the window tells me they thought I just wanted light sauce...when we had a whole conversation about how I am going to get them with 0 sauce in the future and I dont like sauce on things etc etc SO- I just ask for a refund of the two wraps- the guy flat out says we don't do refunds. He'll make it again for me. I do not have the time for that! I ask for a refund, why cant they, and they say they don't do refunds. I start getting flustered and start to drive away and as I am the lady says here I can get your money??? I AM ACTIVELY MOVING AWAY FROM THE WINDOW WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO SCREECH TO A HALT FOR MY 7-8$??
I am on the spectrum and I came here because the food was always consistent, and the people were kind. I guess all the kind, capable people (or even the people who just listen) have...
Read moreWe got to the drive thru and placed our order. Tacos were back so we added 4. Got to the window, only 2 were added, so we paid for 2 more. Got to pick up window, and was asked several times about the tacos, 2 people reviewed both receipts, 5 minutes goes by and the receipts were taken. Told to pull forward, literally commanded. Sat there for 20 minutes and finally the order was brought out. Pull onto the rock road and realise the soda and fries for the combo was absent. Went back within 2 minutes, and I walked inside. Sat in lobby another 5 minutes while cashier worked at something else. Asked for manager and explained my visit. She said she wasn't remaking anything, called me a liar about ordering four tacos and told me to contact corporate with any complaints. To which I asked for a refund. Nothing had been eaten. I was then told that refunds go thru corporate. I asked why was this happening? Ive been in customer service my entire 30 yrs and couldn't even think as i took the bags off the counter, sans fries and drink. And of course one of the bags of I rips spilling tacos and sauce packs onto the floor. I gathered the items, put everything on the counter and left. I wish that was the end. It's not. But I can't make these words convey the actual experience. I will add that I asked to speak with the store manager, would you believe thats who I had already been...
Read moreHi, I was at your store on Friday and while I was waiting for my order, I noticed something at the counter that I think you should know about.
There was a young gentleman working up front — he was very polite and patient, even though it was busy. While he was helping another customer, there was an issue with their order and he called over a manager named Tiffany for help. From what I could see, instead of fixing the problem, she actually made things more confusing by adding the wrong items. The employee tried to explain it to her respectfully, but she raised her voice and made a bit of a scene in front of everyone waiting.
What stood out to me was that, after snapping at him, Tiffany just walked away and left him stuck in front of a long line of people. He looked confused but kept calm and eventually found a way to work through it himself. From where I was standing, it really seemed like he was trying hard to do his job the right way, but he didn’t get much support from his manager.
As a customer, it was uncomfortable to watch because the young man handled himself well, but the manager’s reaction came across as unprofessional and unnecessary in front of...
